I needed some urgent prescriptions at short notice over the last couple of weeks. Walkley pharmacy had the prescriptions ready really quickly. Their staff were always very friendly and efficient. Really appreciated
This pharmacy seems to rely on locum pharmacists who are rarely there on time so do not even try and pick up a prescription before 9.30. The other staff are lovely and doing their best but if you have a choice, I would recommend ordering prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Prescriptions take up to 10 days to arrive as they are processed off site and just checked in this pharmacy (so not the 48 hours the GP advises).

I don't understand why this pharmacy completely closes for lunch - surely that's when many people want to pop out of work to pick up their meds. They have loads of staff, why not have a rota? Doesn't open at weekends at all. Always a ridiculous long wait too.
Great service. I have covid but needed a prescription they had for me. Called and arranged delivery, it arrived the next day. Lady on phone and delivery guy both friendly and helpful.
You have got to be the worst pharmacy ever. My prescription should have been ready for Thursday after lunch but Friday lunchtime it was not ready. I was told they were just checking it and it would be another 10mins, so I went shopping.14 minutes later when I called back I was told it would be another 5mins.12minutes later I was still waiting.When I complained to the staff I was told they were still checking it. I said it did not take 5 minutes to check it . The short haired blonde woman started being sarcastic and shouted to staff that apparently it does`nt take 5 minutes to check a prescription. It probably does`nt but I had been waiting 26 minutes and did not need her sarcastic comments. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last for me. I am changing to a pharmacy that values its customers and has polite staff.
I get so mad waiting for prescription they take along time been waiting now nearly 40 mins they have no rush in them. This has been ordered last week rang up yesterday they said all ready for picking up still waiting after 3/4 hour later
I agree with the other reviews that have found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. In fact most of the team, including the pharmacist herself get up earlier every morning just so they can sneer at the customers for longer.
