Walked in with the Scottish official entitlement ID which is handed to every Scottish citizen. It clearly states my name, DOB and pass logo. I’m not sure if the woman was stuck up or on drugs but she said it never had my age on it. I showed her again and she repeated the same sentence while I was staring at her cluelessly. I didn’t want to make a fuss as there is a number of pubs down the alley on the Main Street, went to a different pub and enjoyed a few pints without trouble. Service and manors were awful I wouldn’t recommend it overall with my experience.
Nice bar... must have been busy as the Shilling, Tenants and also everything else drought was finished...even met Scotland Spiderman.amd he insisted on showing me his spider moves...
Hi. This bar and staff are top class, great beer. Magic voddie and top choons on the jukebox. The toilet doors I’ve heard, were copies of the door in Buckingham Palace, and are much admired and photographed, stunning examples of the period ( much sought after ). I’ve heard this top establishment is twinned with the very best Spanish bar in Benidorm, named THE BLACK CHICKEN. Amazing pub. Pop in, we love it.
