Shout out to Shane and the Walker’s Off Road crew. Took my ATV in for a repair expecting the worst and they got me fixed up in less than week at an extremely reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using them from here on out for any of my ATV/UTV services. Thanks!
Very friendly and honest. Got me a much better price on tires than I could get from big box stores I called.
They mounted new tires on my motorcycle and did a GREAT JOB!!!...Super nice folks and reasonably priced service...
Took my four-wheeler to them, they said it would be two weeks before they could check it out an it would cost 1hr labor/$75 to tell me what the problem was (it needed to be serviced an had a shifting issue). I asked that they troubleshoot the problem an let me know before any parts were ordered, called them after three weeks and they said that were busy an had not gotten to it yet, called back after 5 weeks got same response, called back after 7weeks and they said the service was done but had not found electrical problem yet, called back after week 8 an they said they still had not diagnosed the electrical problem. Finally half way through week9 I get a call from them saying that it was fixed and my bill was $518. Went to their shop to pick up my four wheeler, informed the guy behind the counter (Scott) that I wanted to speak with the owner (Shane) about my bill because I was Very unhappy with the time it took to repair and the Fack that I was supposed to receive a call before the bill went above the $75 troubleshooting fee. After Scott went to tell Shane a customer wanted to talk with him about the bill, Scott came back and said "Shane was busy and did not have time to talk to me but would knock $10 an hour off the labor" bringing my bill to $475. Very unsatisfied with the time frame/ price I was charged, will never be back at this store an do not recommend them to anyone.
Extremely greatful for the quick repairs Walkers made to my Artic Cat ATV. They were able to repair my ATV wiring from where a mouse chewed the wire and did a full service.
Very professional and precise. I would definitely suggest taking any and all of your atv's four wheelers, Walkers is excellent for all your offroading mechanical needs.
By far, the best place to take your vehicle in North Alabama.
