They're professional, prompt, and they have great customer service. They are one of the only shops I let work on my cars.
Do not go to this mechanic. We went for a radiator flush and fill, and they somehow ended up basically blowing a line to my water pump that now has a pretty bad leak. We have to put a whole bottle of antifreeze in it in every week. The water pump had absolutely NO problems before they worked on my car. And I can't honestly say they weren't just trying to get more business out of me. After they did the work on my car and caused that leak, I will never trust them to work on my car ever again.
Me and my husband Anthony have had work done by Paul and the guys there over the years and not once have they let us down. Fair pricing and good ole down to earth service is what has made us repeat customers over the years. Thanks Paul.
These people are unprofessional; took my car over there to get fixed and they put the parts in but failed to tighten my control arm. They told me I had other repairs that needed to be done but failed to respond after two weeks of calling to get a quote. I finally gave up and took it to Majestic Auto who informed me that the work who Walter and sons performed was not finished. They are Rude unprofessional and down right Ratchet.
Stopped in with a grinding noise in my front wheel, Paul took time to quickly diagnose it and found the power steering fluid empty. Filled it up and sent me on my way noise free. Great guy, ill be back.
