Got said they are honest and trustworthy company. . They worked on our truck and then then the Raider end up got milkey looking. which was not good. They looked at saw that happen when they last worked on it. So they was up front about it and fix the issue no cost to us. So i would highly recommend them to thr work .
Do Not call these people if STRANDED FROM OUT OF STATE...will not offer to assess your truck. I was stranded less than 1 mile away with livestock trailer and 5 yr old child. Female with Chevy Duramax truck..They simply said don't do service calls I said I will have it towed to you..said don't take new clients and 3 weeks before would look at my truck...knowing I was a woman broke down from out of town been there since Friday had to wait til diesel shops open up Monday....
Was easy fix I called Impact truck repair right down the road they came to me got truck cranked in 1 minute..was only fuel filter housing cracked...i drove to their shop they had me on the road in short time after ordered parts. So skip this diesel shop they are not flexible enough to help you at all.
Yes I understand shortage of workers mechanics are always busy..but you should not be too busy to help a stranded person ever....

I'm a widow on a tight budget with a 2000 f250 SD. She's my only vehicle and has decided to stop accelerating and the gauges are acting like it's not even on. My husband was the one that always worked on our vehicles and I've been learning as I go with youtube and Haines manual help but man...it's nerve wracking. I tried auto zone and they didn't know.
They shared Walker Diesel was close to them so I tried calling over. Fella answered and was so nice. He took the time to answer my questions. Asked how much he thought it'd be. He answered with a guestimate but said he was 2 weeks out. This is my only vehicle and I asked if he knew of anyone else. He gave a suggestion and said he was sorry he couldn't help me more. I asked a few more questions and he even told me where to look to check to see if it's a fuse. If someone will help you that much over the phone without pay...I can imagine how much care he'll take with your truck. Thank you sir. I appreciate it.
When getting work done this is the place to go. Never have to question their integrity or work ethic and always am able to trust the job will be done right

I called about a issue with my truck and was trying to see if he had ever dealt with the issue I was having we talked the he asked if it had a programmer and I said yes and he then started ranting about thats your problem blah blah you just wasted my time not interested
I felt like that was not the way to handle it.
