So impressed with these very nice people ,two weeks ago a problem another chemist was struggling with was sorted almost immediately ,so changed to them for my regular meds ,they were due today and arrived to day ,by a very nice gentleman ,it’s such a joy when people do their job properly ,thank you .
I BOOKED MY COVID VACINATION THERE. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DID'NT HAVE ENOUGH VACINE FOR ME. WILL HAVE TO BOOK IT AGAIN SOMEWHERE MORE RELIABLE. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
very helpful friendly staff. beats boots and other large chains by far. they have a personal rappor with their customers something you will never get with boots loyds etc they go above and beyond to help their customer's
I don't want to be unfair but I have to describe what happened to me at the pharmacy. I always used her services because it was on the way. I also think that the pharmacist cannot make mistakes for obvious reasons.
Well, I went to pick up my prescription, paid and left. I was surprised that the doctor prescribed me pills, and the date did not match. After a telephone conversation with the doctor, I realized that they had made a mistake in the pharmacy and that I had been given my old prescription drugs. I came back the next day to explain the situation and heard from the girl what I expect from them ?? I found this comment very rude. I said I wanted new prescription drugs and old prescription money refund. The nice lady tried to convince me that everything is ok and there is no remote error on their part. She capitulated after I said that the doctor did not prescribe tablets, but only creams. Then my prescription was found and I came back the next day to pick it up. What was my surprise when, when asked about the refund of my money from the old prescription from yesterday, the gentleman replied that he had already gave me a discount which there is no evidence of this. I paid and left, disgusted with the situation. Nor did I hear any apologies.
Walker pharmacy is a small,well placed pharmacy off the junction so their is limited parking. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly offering their advice freely when asked. It only allows 2 customers for safety and space available.

Good pharmacy, I usually pick up my prescription medication here. The pharmacy is family owned and both husband and wife work here, they’re very friendly and always give an amazing service.
Does what it says on the tin..no complaints so far and much better than my overall experience at my former Chemists , Boots in Walker Shopping Centre.
