The service was really good. I had a server named Felicity. She was so nice and made sure that everything was really good. She also took our picture for us, and made us laugh . The food was pretty good. I spent $133 for six people. 3 kids 3 adults. I did enjoy the boom, boom shrimp. It was really good. Again, thank you Felicity. If you can see this, you are awesome.
The staff at this location are deplorable!! I ordered cheese fries for delivery via Grubhub and they arrived burnt to a crisp and cold as ice. So very disgusting that the restaurant staff would provide their customers with such horribly bad quality food. Whoever thought
it was okay to send this needs to be terminated immediately. I have provided photos along with my review and as you can see the fries look like thrown away scraps that were retrieved from their dumpster and then put into a food container. I will never order from walk ons again. How disgusting and egregious the staff are to serve something that a dog couldn’t even chew let alone consume.
Thankfully Grubhub customer support was able to offer me a refund due to the incompetence of the restaurant.
I was pleasantly surprised with my food. I thought it was going to be typical sports bar food, but it was far from it. My food was so fresh and good wine.
Got there with an hour and a half before closing and the girl that seated us was trying to find somewhere to seat us (mind you the place was almost empty) every waitress she asked whined in front of us about taking another table. So she sat us in the bar area and 20 minutes later the same 3 waitresses that didn’t want to take us as a table (2 adults and 2 kids) were back there by the bar playing on their phones! The only one doing there job was the one who seated us and she was already working the bar and a large table on other side of the bar. Also the sweet tea tasted spoiled.
I frequent this location multiple time a week and am always impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Baylee, my favorite bartender is always in a friendly mood and eager to please. The management is outstanding; great restaurant with amazing staff. This is the best Walk-Ons I’ve been to and I’ve been to many throughout the Southeast.
Ordered the Cajun ribeye thru delivery. Green beans were basically raw, my infant with no teeth couldn't gum it like a normal green bean no matter how hard he tried. They were unseasoned as well. The steak was way over cooked. Ordered medium rare and I have a medium-med well. Not the first time I've been to walk-ons and they can't get their temps right. Very frustrating when food delivery is your only option and you can't send it back or get a refund. Everything else was great. I got blackened shrimp on the side with a cup of gumbo. No complaints there. I will say, that when you are sending out soups to-go it needs to be wrapped or something. Some of the gumbo spilled in the bag and it was a huge mess. M
I've eaten at Walk-Ons for 20 years and never had a negative experience but this location is garbage.
I was served a frozen piece of bread pudding. The icing was also watery, thin, and clear. Not thick & white like it's supposed to be. So I returned it and the waitress offered to warm it up. Fine...
When she returned I asked about the appearance of the icing. She pointed at a cup on the side and sarcastically asked "Isn't that the icing?" I told her the icing isn't supposed to be sloshing around like water. She then claimed it was that way because it was warmed up.
I've been served warm bread pudding and the icing was always thick & white.
I requested a refund and the manager gave me my money back.
The manager, Gavin, was so helpful. He helped me plan the best way to accommodate a group of 40 people to meet for lunch. They sat us all together, service was coordinated and timely. The staff was efficient and friendly. Thank you!
