Yallll now yall know i love food ???? but ok i got the calzone. & this is my first time eating from there & it was gooood! First off im big on cheese pull & it was giving stretch arm strong???? im giving five stars but ima rate it 9/10 because they should have put some cheese in the crust & a lil garlic butter on top lbs???? ok bubye now✌????‼️
Placed order arrived 1 hour and a half and I live 5 minutes away. Person on the phone was rude. On top they forgot my pizza and wanted to give me credit refused and demanded driver return to give me my cash back. Don’t order from here unless you want to wait 2 hours to get food and don’t receive full order
My family came here for years and it has steadily declined the gentleman that answers the phone always seems likes he is bothered to be doing his job. Refuses ro offer any explanation as to why he randomly refuses cash and is just uncouth. Fortunately there is no shortage of pizza joints. No longer worth the trouble or ridiculous wait times.
I placed my order thru Uber eats and did not receive my full order I confronted the driver and he was Hispanic and pretended not to speak English. I contacted the restaurant and asked did they send my full order they said yes I stated that I didn't receive them said you have to reach out to Uber there's aleays issues where the full order isn't received. I said I'm letting you know because it's your restaurant and makes you look bad he said well it's nothing we can do. When I contacted Uber they said nothing but thanks for your feed back what about my food and money. I enjoy the food here won't be ordering again with or without Uber my order was $75 that's not cheap.
While the food was pretty good, my delivery took an HOUR and FIFTY minutes. I ordered online at 3:46pm on a Sunday, and by 5:15 I still didn't have my food so I called the store. While the person who I called was very nice and apologetic, it doesn't change the fact that their delivery took nearly 2 hours, and not a single person from the restaurant reached out to me to apologize or to offer a refund/store credit. Finally at 5:36pm my order had arrived.
I ordered a half pepperoni half cheese pizza, cheese curds, and French fries. The pizza was pretty good, although I felt as though it could've benefitted from more sauce. The cheese curds were surprisingly good. Coming from someone who lived in Wisconsin for 5 years, my standards for any kind of cheese is very high, and these were up to my standard. The fries were very cold by the time I got them and were very crunchy (not in a good way).
One of the best places in Chicago to get a really tasty thin crust pizza. Local pizzeria that's been in Chicago for over 30 years now.
Love their Thursdays specials 2 slides with a soda for 7 and some change not bad of a deal and one slice fills u up!
The guy that works the counter here is always on it. He works hard and treats people with respect. The owner is lucky to have an employee who works this well and treats customers like they are friends.
I would keep coming here just because the service is the best.
