I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I recently visit Wakefield mot centre ltd
my recent encounter with your customer service department has left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.

He said £80
But the day i go there he asked for £120
He thought i am stupid, i just left the garage immediately .
Danny has done my MOTs on all my vehicles for the last 8 years, always tries to squeeze me in with f I have let them get close to expiring !

My family bought a car from this garage’s owner not long ago, nothing but problems with the car from day one, took it back every week, a couple of things were done, but we’ve had to take out hundreds to fix other problems due to the garages refusal to help fix the car after only having it for a month. This is despite a three month warranty, but that doesn’t exist at this garage since they refused to do anything.
Hi Leon was not lying your company sold my parents a ford zetec 1.6 08 plate in grey silver with blacked out windows for 2grand which had all sorts of problems and taken back to you and refused to do the job after a week or 2 of having it so lost near enough 1.6k after having to put money in the car and then it to still have major problems so only buy a car from this place if you want to be forking out to get it repaired

I bring bmw fix window charge 40£ but didn’t fix and I take off door panel I found damage door sound proof all clips snapped optic cable snapped don’t leve car stay and look how fixing because this garage not professional. I pay 40£ for nothing 100% then I bay car I tinted windows and I know all inside doors nothing damaged
Avoid this place for topping up car conditioner, cause after they touched my car, the conditioner was damaged. Even staff member was nervous when I came back to tell what is happened after them work and all he and his boss could say was it is happening sometimes after topping up, conditioner pump gets damaged.
I will never ever use and trust these kind of small garages.
