I had a wonderful experience at Wakefield Auto this past weekend and over this week. I had noticed my car was making more noise than usual on Friday and they were able to fit me in to take a look the next day. When they found that I had an exhaust leak they were able to put me on the schedule within 3 days and did a complete replacement in one day. It was a fair price and I so appreciated Gabe the owner taking the time to discuss the issue with both myself and my uncle as I don’t have much experience with cars. He was also so helpful in making sure that as a busy college student I wouldn’t be without my car too long. I definitely will be recommending them to anyone who needs an auto shop.
Wakefield Auto Repair is a gem of a find! Tired of the dealership runaround, I stumbled upon this cozy shop, and I'm thrilled I did. Gabe and his team exude warmth and expertise, making car maintenance a breeze. From explaining intricate details to promptly addressing concerns, they've won me over. The best part? I can usually get my car in right away. Here's hoping it stays a hidden gem, but I couldn't resist sharing my newfound go-to auto repair spot!
I had a leak in my tire needing attention. My call was welcomed and I was told to come right down and they'd check it out for me. The mechanic there was very nice and said he'd be with me in just a minute and he was. After inspecting the tire, a bead seam was attempted but wasn't going to work and they showed me why. The boss then made a phone call and found a tire match that could be delivered to him in a few hours time. They put my spare to me on and told me to come back. I lost track of time so I called asking if it was too late. To my surprise I was told to come back and not to worry. I arrived back there right at their scheduled closing time only to realize I left the locknut socket at my house. I felt terrible but he told me it wasn't a problem and to go get it and come back. I did as fast as I could and then they were able to put my new tire back on in a very short time, well after their closing time. I was completely satisfied with their services and for fitting me in. I highly recommend this place!
Gabe and his crew are great! I had an emergency with my work truck en route to a meeting & Gabe was able to diagnose & have it ready for me within 24 hours. Straight forward, honest, good dudes over there. Happy I found them & if you're in the area looking for a mechanic- look no further! Thanks again Gabe!

These guys are just THE best. Have called on them twice; once to repair a flat and a second time for a pre purchase inspection on a used vehicle.
Both times they’ve accommodated me same day. Everything is straight forward and done correctly. They even tolerated me showing up in bright red crocs.

Excellent service, very friendly and timely. Had my car towed there just before closing on a Saturday and it was done by noon on Monday. Had work done on the engine for at least $1000 less than at the dealer, highly recommend!
