I really wanted to like this place as it is local and the staff were beyond friendly and attentive, but the food was really lacklustre in contrast to the beautiful atmosphere and interior of the establishment. Let me start off by saying this is in no way a jab at the business or the staff but certain things need to be addressed so they can be improved upon in future. They missed an item off of our order but were quick to resolve the issue.
Burrito - unfortunately, really poor. flavourless chewy meat, no rice and all of the condiments such as sour cream, salsa and guacamole were on the side making it a mess to eat. i feel as though they need to do a bit more research on mexican cuisine as everyone should know that a burrito consists of meat and rice and is also usually quite a flavourful dish. 2/10
Tuna melt panini - Poor portion size, dry tuna, pickles were added but not mentioned beforehand. not awful but by no means worth £6.50. 3.5/10
Cheesy fries - Major dissapointment. Didnt use mozzeralla cheese but a bland, watery, flavourless fake cheese sauce that didnt compliment the fries whatsoever. 4/10
Regular fries - Overcooked. Tasted stale. Poor potato content. not seasoned. Overall really upsetting and an insult to my taste buds. 1/10
Onion rings - Clearly frozen. Nothing special. Not bad, not great either. Not much more to say. 5/10
Red velvet cake - Quite literally one of the worst slices of cake I have ever had in my life. Wasnt even red velvet, it was sponge cake dyed red and the frosting was undeniably really poor in quality. 1/10
Overall score - 3.5
(The dog atleast enjoyed it)
Tried food from Pappus eatery yesterday. Best food that I have tried in Manchester. Highly recommended, staffs are very friendly. One of the best takeaway in the area. Tried Kinder cheesecake as well. The best one I have ever had.
Tried Burrito and BBQ chicken pizza, me and my husband loved it. Best quality food that I tried in the past 3 years in Droylsden. I am lucky to find my favourite takeaway shop, ???????? planning to go there again with my friends ,????

It’s small shop but they deliver food like 5 star restaurant. Brilliant in simple words! We had cheese burger and pizza which was so tender and delicious. Will highly recommend everyone to try this place. Supper 5/5 loved it !

Excellent food. Very crispy and tender chicken. I ordered wings and quesadillas. Very good portion amount and has excellent value. Great range of drink beverages.
