Decent food and service, for a mall atmosphere setting. This is the second time that I've had food here and first time I've had it seated at the restaurant. When seated in the interior, the ambience makes it seem as though you're not in the middle of a bustling mall environment, which is nice.
I had the firecracker chicken which was spicy as promised. We also had the dumplings which were fairly decent. Overall, not a bad place to check out when you are in the Prudential.
Very typical American styled Asian food. The general taste is quite sweet, it’s like a fast food Asian restaurant with great interior design and spiritual concepts. The Positive drink is great! I don’t recommend chicken katsu curry, it tastes very ordinary.
4 stars for the food but 0 for the service.
We were staying nearby and decided to get lunch here. We went to the hostess desk and a person sat us down outside of the restaurant since we had a baby carriage. We waited 20 minutes before my husband went to ask if a server can come assist us with getting our waters. We waited about another 10 minutes.
The waitress that came over was nice and got us our water. We noticed many people coming in way after us already getting their drinks and food at this point. When we finally got our waters, we placed our orders in. We were hungry and so were our toddler and baby. The food came out about 15 minutes later and the waitress never came back to check how everything was. She came back once we were done and to give us our check.
The food was great, surprisingly. I got the spicy pork szechuan ramen; ramen with half a tea stained egg, red onions, snow peas, spicy chicken broth, cilantro, scallions, and szechuan pork/teriyaki sauce. SO GOOD. Everyone enjoyed their food. Unfortunately the service was lacking at this location. Don't think we'll return.
First time trying out this place. The ramen is delicious. The cauliflower starter is also very good. Service was fast. The Colombian waitress we had was only friendly until she realized that I was also Colombian which was kind of sad. All customers should be treated the same. Overall, I would give wagamama a try!
The food was good, but the price was extremely high. The food came out relatively quickly. The smoothie I had wasn’t to my taste. The chicken wing is not worth it, 2 full wings for around $11. The ramen was good through.
Food is amazing. Vibe is always good. Ginny our waitress made us feel right at home and noticed it was my Birthday when she so politely asked to check my I.D. She then spent the rest of our time there making my birthday that much more special! Always top tier customer service every time I visit.
Very good food in a nice in the mall location. Duck ramen was very good and oriental chicken salad was, too! Nothing extraordinary, but good food and service
Visited this place for a meeting and had two meals, both lunch. We tried pork, duck ramen, and bulgogi steak noodles. All were awesome. Service is great too, super quick. Nice staffs. Highly recommended!
