Genuinely disappointed. Headed here for breakfast and there was a female employee leaning against the wall who didn’t even acknowledge anyone, I ordered and then I sat down and starting eating and found 4 DIFFERENT HAIRS IN MY FOOD. It was black and there was only one girl who had black hair on the line. When I politely brought it to the staffs attention, the girl who helped me was nice and then went and told the girl who got the hair in my food what she did and the girl said “who said that? Her?” And pointed directly at me and gave me the DIRTIEST look. That girl was very snotty and rude and it’s safe to say I will not be returning to this place EVER again.
First time visiting this Waffle Love location, and it didn't disappoint. I was craving their Nutella waffle and had to get it! Next time, I will opt for one of their savory options or even the biscoff waffle because that's a delicious choice, too!
The staff was so friendly today and made sure to keep that morning rush moving ( there were a lot of us here). The food was out in 10 minutes or so. Highly recommend this location right before you start holiday shopping at Jordan Landing! Trust me, you're going to need some sugar to give you all the energy ????
Great little restaurant. My first visit at Waffle Love. The food was great despite the hair I found after the 2nd or 3rd bite. The atmosphere was relaxing and was excellent hearing Wash form Bon Iver!
I ordered waffle love catering for a baby shower. We ordered 50 strawberry and cream waffles and everything was delivered on time. Plus it was a Sunday. Waffles were delicious and everyone loved them! I got two food warmers to keep them warm and it turned out perfect! Thank you so much for making the baby shower special ???? I will be definitely be catering here again!
First time here. Ordered the limited steak n egg.
Waffles, having never been here, they are cooked in a different way then if homemade. Tasty
Steak: two small unevenly sliced, over seasoned unknown steak, taste was slightly off so made me wonder if limited time meant going bad, sell quick.
Avocado: covered in brown spots, covered with salt
Tomato: no opinion as I didn’t eat it
Eggs: cooked perfectly
Salt: there was salt on everything, will have to be sure to request no salt at all.
Service: girl that took order also delivered the food to the table. Unknown if she washed her hands between everything. Or if she cooked the food as well.
Atmosphere: floor very sticky but appealing wall decor and booths were comfortable
Would I come back? Probably, You I did like those waffles! Dessert one next time!
I love waffles, usually like in their restaurants. Today, January 1st, I decided to order it to take away and share it with my family. What a surprise that the person who took care of us didn't give him any nutella at all. I'm very sad
This place is so cute and the food is fresh and flavorful. I got The Sunshine and the lemon curd syrup was amazing and so delicious! The raspberries were huge and ripe. My friend went with a savory option and they were out of butter lettuce, so the server gave her avocado in its place. We had a great time and I’ll be going back for sure!
The cash registered lady was good with recommendations and very professional. However the incredible long wait for the waffle was ridiculous. I feel the staff is too focused on online orders and pick ups versus the customer that standing in front of them.
