Delicious food, attentive service, reasonable pricing. A must visit breakfast stop for any weekend/day off. Server (nickname “Boi”) was super professional, friendly and fast.

Always a great experience at Waffle House! The staff at the Castle Rock location were quick, attentive, professional, and really made us feel at home after a long day’s drive from Texas. Ordered the All-Star breakfast with blueberries in my waffle, and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back to this location!
A friend and I popped in here after charity work in Denver. It was 9pm and there was only staff. Glen was at the cooking line doing a phenomenal job at the tender care of each meal. Vykk was our waitress this evening; she was kind and offered a good suggestion as to get the patty melt with sausage instead of bacon. Hands down, the food here is on point. Also both attendants were busy keeping the kitchen, dining, and other locations clean. Management is lucky to have these two incredible folks on their team! Bathroom was clean as heck! Yuns need a second lemonade station though by the OJ and Coffee. I know I ran up Vykk's step count seeing her jolt back and forth to refill for me! Haha. It was also a great pleasure playing the juke box and seeing all the holiday decorations! Very pleased with the visit, will most certainly be joining again. Best of Luck friends at Waffle House!????

The staff were very friendly, and gave extra info about "would you like to add anything to that?"
I had the Bacon Egg and Cheese hash brown bowl, and added onions once they said it was an option.
The food was cooked to order, and very filling.
Very good place, and worth a stop.
Food was nice and hot. Customer service was great! We were greeted warmly and different wait staff checked in on us with coffee refills often.
Tables were cleaned well. Floor needs better moping as it felt tacky under the shoes.
Jim Gaffigan’s jokes notwithstanding food and service were exceptional. The restaurant was very clean. I really appreciated peanut butter made available for waffles!
Filthy and slow service. My breakfast came with a side of sausage. That was delivered first, then about 8 minutes later the rest of my order was received. I was served wormy tomatoes, who ever plated the food, made a point of hiding the rotted out spots of the tomatoes by covering the others with a nice slice. I pointed this out to the spaced out waitress, she said she would show the manager. Nothing else was said or done. Kitchen floor was dirty and rubbish could be seen from where I was seated. We asked for more coffee, she filled my cup then ran out on my friends cup, but never came back to fill his. Stay far away from this place, I definitely wont be going back!
