No complaints! Rated according to visit. Glad to still be able enjoy a good breakfast. Eat at Waffle House on many occasions across the nation. I guess you can call it the "PauL Star Breakfast" consist of buttered cheese grits, pan sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, two buttered grilled Texas toast cut in half, pecan-chocolate chip waffle and orange juice.
The cashier, server nor manger on duty never acknowledged me for 30 to 40 minutes standing at the register waiting to order. When the server was told that it had a person at the register waiting to order she replied I know & still ignored me!!!. I’m still waiting as we speak!! Poor poor customer service.
As soon as we walked in, there were 3 tables that were still dirty from previous patrons and remained that way until we left. This was at 6:30am on a Thursday. There were 2, maybe 3 employees working. I saw one cook and one server. At this time of the morning, they had 2 people sitting up front and there were a total of 4 people in the whole please including us. We sat down and immediately noticed our table was slightly dirty because it still had wet coffee rings and was sticky from syrup. The floor was a little slick and had napkins scattered. The food was great like it always is. It was just a little weird not having great service and and cleanliness like all the other Waffle Houses I've been to.
The service was good. I like they way the lady in charge was running the line. The atmosphere was family friendly. My Waffle just seemed a little rushed.
I was craving a waffle and thought of them.Called one location with no answer and got a response from this location.I was so thankful to receive my order and the ladies that were serving customers were like a well oiled machine. My food wasn't bad it actually the Eggs, Bacon, Hash Browns, and Toast were prepared fine. My Waffle just could have been shown a little more TLC.
Ordered my normal choice, couldn't even finish half of it. Ended up getting sick for 3 days. Big no, big no. Not to mention the staff is rude as hell. Guess you could say it's a typical trashy WH.
The service was rather slow, and employees made it seem like you as a customer were an inconvenience to them. The food was overly seasoned as you can see on the steak is loaded with pepper. Coffee was fresh, and that was about it. I’ll pas next time in the area.
