there was a single cook there, his name was nelson. he’s an older guy and immediately greeted us when we came him. he did an amazing job, considering that there was a huge rush of people and only two people were there. he was so amazing and i really hope that he gets recognized by corporate or something. thank you nelson!
I had our breakfast here because we missed the hot breakfast at the hotel. Food was okay. Service was better than food. Hahaha. We enjoyed the conversation with the waitresses.
Actually one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've had a Waffle House. Food overall was what was expected with the sandwich above normal. The service was underpar though. Got an unsweet iced tea and asked for some sweet n low. She brought my tea and no sweetner, brought my food, no sweetener and even checked on me once, all times I asked for some. Food came pretty quick. Got my usual scattered, smothered, covered, capped and chunked.
Staff was GReAT! Food was ok

I got the Texas grilled cheese with chili. Grilled chess was good, chili was very meaty and could have been warmer... taste was good, but I roulette not order again. I also got a side of hash browns by mistake... they were the best part, and were super crispy the way I like!
Didn't bother to order! The lady greeted me and asked if I was ready to order, but since it was my first time, I told her I would see what's on the menu. Thank God I did! Whilst she was where the food is being prepared, she sneezed in her palm, wiped it on her apron and proceeded to arrange what would appear to be some pancake containers!!! I slowly walked away without a word! In addition, there were tables that weren't cleaned! No thanks! Not with my food!
So a few of my friends of mine decided to go to waffle house tonight and Sabrina. The manager decided she wasn’t going to serve me because of an incident years ago. The rest of the staff is great however, Sabrina the supposed manager has a very bad attitude towards anyone.
Dinner on Valentine's Day with my wife and 6 year old grandson. What could be better?
There were only two staffers on duty, but they did a great job
Food and service was pretty good. I wish they had a turkey bacon or sausage option. Had to get the food to go, as there weren't any tables available.
