Came for breakfast food late one night, as one does.

Always a favorite of ours to stop at a Waffle house when road tripping since we don't have them in Michigan.

This one was great. The staff were super friendly and fast. Everything was hot and made exactly how we like it.

Waffle house is fast, cheap, and always worth stopping at.

I'm not a fan of the new menu. All my favorites were removed. Cook was not good. How is it possible to both burn and leave bacon raw at the same time? Totally disappointed with the trip. This Waffle House used to be the best, but now it is just sad .

Floor was filthy with trash and food all over it. Only one person waiting on a to go order. No one else in there. Waited almost 15 mins to get drink order taken or anyone to acknowledge us at all. 15 mins after that for food order. Only the cook was doing anything . The other two ladies were talking and counting banks.

Had a little time to kill. Thought I’d stop in for some coffee. Sat there 45 minutes. Had some girl with bright pink hair behind the counter. Never got offered a refill one time. She was much more interested in looking at her phone and talking with the cook more than paying any attention to any customer.

The food was great, but the waitress was everything but happy to be there. She didn't smile once and seemed rude. Some people just aren't meant to provide customer service!

Absolutely love the people that work here. They make you want to keep coming back. If I'm ever in Troy OH again will most definitely stop in.

Just had my first waffle house experience in Troy, Ohio Our 2 servers were awesome!! Soo friendly and gave good options for us to try. Her name was Shawna and not sure of the guys name. It restored my faith in Americans. Good people who are going somewhere! Keep up the good work!

I got at location waitress was very nice other waitress was putting orders in I was there 1st I don't mind taking my turn but other waitress I think has a personal affection for cook wouldn't take her turn so I ate a waffle that my waitress made and never got my food so I left the restaurant I've never had a bad experience with Waffle House before I think these folks at this location need more training I've stop back in a lot better than last time but waffle was not cooked till brown but great service by waitress getting better thank you
