Great food, busy but accommodated as quickly and smoothly as possible. Attentive server and clean restaurant. Love the ALL Star breakfast!
Can’t go wrong at Waffle House. Love the hashbrowns, only place open late around here. Great place to people watch also.
Super annoyed. Had a rough day already, just wanted a sandwich with no egg because I am allergic.(I stated this multiple times). I finally get home to eat and I am missing the cheese but the egg I didn't want was there. It would be different if I hadn't specified the allergy and I have not been able to eat all day and now I can't eat at all.
The food was good. It has gotten better. Please train your people to either ask customers if they want their drinks topped off or just simply ask what they are drinking and top it off. You make your money in tips, not hourly wage. Remember, it's called customer service for a reason. Please don't leave the bill as soon as you bringing the food. It creates a rush environment. You can remember how to place orders with the cook, you can remember to bring the bill at the appropriate time.
Me and my husband came in and ordered 2 cheesesteak hash brown bowls and had browns with chili and onions. The lady who took our order was let know 4xs our order. Ended up getting only hasbrowns with chili and onions and a waffle. Explains to her how this wasn’t what we ordered and she acted like she didn’t know what we were talking about. Left very frustrated with our order.
Came in Sunday morning at 830am. They run an extremely tight ship there. After ordering, I took 1.5 sips of coffee and the food was in front of us! Impressed that the medium rare steak I ordered was truly medium rare. Waffle House is more of a mindset than anything else.
Service and food was great. Got seated fast. Only issue is the back right booth was freezing because of a draft and the blinds were pretty dirty. Also, not that this bothered me but it will bother someone, a customer had a tea cup chihuahua cradled in his arm at a counter seat.
One of my most favorite places to eat. Never disappointed with the ham and cheese omelette (3 egg omelette with extra cheese) and the customer service is always great definitely if you get Katie even tho I think she was training
