Food and service was great. Clean and had a lot of seating. Atmosphere rating, it's a Waffle house. Princess my server was very personable and I felt appreciated as a customer. All of the staff was performing well. Well ran location. First time to eat at this location but definitely go there again. Great place to stop on a return trip from the airport via Camp Creek Parkway.
This meal came in clutch, at 4 o'clock in the morning after a night out! We wanted to dine in, but the lobby was closed, and we had to order from the walk up to go window. We had pork chop & eggs, chicken & eggs, and steak & eggs. Everything was well prepared.
Food was way TOO SALTY!!!! Why add salt to a patty melt and mess up a perfectly good sandwich? Absolutely DISGUSTING.
Absolutely horrible experience, Sat there for 20 min before any took my order meanwhile several others we help before me even though they we seated after me. I finally get my order placed 2 people sit next to me at the counter they promptly take there order, the 2 people next to me get their food and I still have not got my food so I ask and they replied they had to call it again. The really is they never call for the order in the first place. I have been a faithful waffle house coustome for years. No more waffle house for me. I feel like treated differently because I don't look the same as the rest of the customers, so I walked out. If I could have put a zero for service I would have.
6pm on a Wednesday. 4 employees on the clock. Dining room closed. One of then even had time to stand outside and have a smoke. Come on. Lazy. Update 03/31. Y'all are wild with that ToGo tipping. 10% for supplies. Bahahahaaaaaaa. What a scam for sub par food
The restaurant in Camp Creek Station (Atlanta) is horrible! Been there twice, just to be sure. Service is horrible, food is ok at best. I love Waffle House, but this location is just not worth the time to me. First time, they didn’t have gravy. Waited till after they served the food to let me know. Second time, I finally got my coffee as I finished my breakfast, and the tiny tablespoon of chili and gravy that I received with my order was a joke!
Always expect a good meal when I go to Waffle House. Staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs and desires. Food was hot and well prepared. Everyone in my party throughly enjoyed their meals. I expected nothing short of that whatever Waffle House I go.
Its the paying attention to details for me.
15 min wait for food but i was told that immediately upon walking in, which i appreciated. She called me to let me know my food was ready. Again, much appreciated.
