This was severely disappointing ants on the table
Hair on one of the meals
Look, I understand its waffle house. Nonetheless, waffle house is one of my favorite breakfast places
But this particular location needs a management team that cares about their job. Disappointing I won't be back to this location
It’s Waffle House. So yeah it’s goated. Cheap meal. Great service. Good vibes. 24 hours. Best soda in the state. Touchtunes. What else do you want.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Waffle House location. The purpose of my contact is to share some concerns about the service received and offer suggestions for improving the quality in the future.
On [05/12/2024], I visited your establishment and unfortunately encountered several issues during my visit. Firstly, I noticed that many tables were left unclean, which significantly detracted from the dining atmosphere. Additionally, there were notable service delays, and the quality of the products served did not meet expectations.
However, the most concerning aspect of my visit was the extremely poor service provided by one of your employees, Michaelle. She displayed a rude and dismissive attitude towards both myself and other customers. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also repugnant, and it greatly diminished my perception of your establishment.
To enhance the quality of service, I suggest considering the following actions:
Immediate attention to cleanliness standards, particularly regarding table maintenance.
Implementation of procedures to minimize service delays and ensure prompt attention to customers.
Training and monitoring of staff behavior to promote a respectful and customer-focused attitude.
I hope these suggestions are helpful in addressing the issues raised and improving the overall customer experience at your Waffle House location. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to seeing positive improvements in the future.

Delicious food and excellent service. Below is a pic of my waffle and eggs with grits (sorry I dug in before my pic). The grits were sooo good. I didn't expect that and almost didn't have time for the main attraction...that waffle! I also have to highlight my over medium eggs that were perfect because most places don't make them correctly.
The place had people coming and going constantly, yet service was quick and everyone was very pleasant. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and our order was promptly taken. Food arrived quick and hot. The restaurant was also clean. Absolutely no complaints.
The employees was super nice, and understanding. My group came from an expo and there was alot of us. They handled us all as fast and as effective as they could. Over all I will probably come again if I am in Orlando again.
It was horrible!! You walk in the staff just sitting around on their phones! They take a good 30 seconds before they actually acknowledge you! I went in, the tables were all dirty from previous customers, ewww! I'll NEVER go back there while mid shift is working! I think mid shift is from 1 -9pm, AVOID that shift at all cost! Go in the morning during first shift for the better service, and better cooks! So yeah!
I typically love coming to a Waffle House, my girlfriend and I look forward to it anytime we are in a town that has them...since we live in the Northeast and don't have them. The waitress and the trainee waitress were both very nice, but the bacon part of our breakfasts was off that morning. The bacon looked AND tasted like it was dipped in bacon grease after they were cooked. I had two of my three pieces and that was too much, my girlfriend had one of her three and stopped eating it. Afterwards, for a couple of hours, we felt off. 1st and only time that we have had anything close to a negative experience at Waffle House, so we are 100% going to continue to have our breakfast there.
Literally only 3 tables in the place and took them 15 minutes to come offer drinks and take order. Then thr order came wrong and we preceded to have to wait another 10 minutes to get a waffle. Unreal, talking about abusing clock hours. I would have fired this whole staff.
