I always feel like I’m intruding and nobody wants to wait on me. I am used to the newer Lake Mary location but this place needs work. Waffle looked like it was in a car accident.
Saturday breakfast after seeing manatees! We were sat, coffee and ordered lightning quick. Amber is a gem! Professional and thoughtful. Food consistently good! We will definitely be back!
Heather from Georgia is a peach. She is the true representation of Southern hospitality at this Waffle House. Her southern accent alone will have you fall in love with her, but the way she treats you is 5 star. I could easily go to iHop, but I was raised in the south and for me, Waffle House is not only about comfort food, but about the whole Southern hospitality experience. Here, you have people that are real and that are hardworking. What you see is what you get. No fluff. Just real people trying to make a decent living, with families of their own and with problems and tribulations just like the rest of us regular folks. I have lived in the city and you just can’t replace Southern Hospitality. I love coming here no matter what the haters may say. Thank you Heather for your wonderful service and I hope that 20% I left, helps you out with the other tips you get. You are amazing. Please don’t ever change.
Spent 26 dollars tip included only to get home to my waffle being so undercooked that there is raw waffle batter surrounding it in the container, hair or plastic on my steak. Considering the tip goes to the chef im annoyed that my food was not completely cooked at all and hair on the meat. Eggs and hash was good, bread was literal mush when i took a bite. First time going and will definitely be my last, i will be attaching photos of raw waffle and hair from meat.
First time at Waffle House and it was great. food was amazing and the server I think her name was Amy was very friendly great staff. I got they Philly hash brown bowl they hooked it up with bacon it’s was good. People from my party got all star special and they loved it eggs was well made waffle were perfect. I see why Waffle House is hype keep up the great service thank you.
My family and I are down from NY and went here for breakfast on Saturday morning. With as busy as the restaurant was, the entire staff ran it smooth and efficiently. Our waitress, Amber was so professional, sweet and patient. The food was delicious and out pretty promptly, even with a pack restaurant and constant to go orders coming in. I will definitely be at this WH everytime we are down in FL.
Never again! I love Waffle House but this place was a disaster! We walked in, the tables were dirty so i asked the guy for a rag to clean the table. He said “sure.” What? Isn’t that his job? Then. We both wanted the same thing, cheeseburger and hash browns, took 5 minutes for him to get it and it wasn’t right. Wanted refill so had to holler at him in a booth twirling his nose ring to get it. Then he was offended by a $4 tip. Gross inside. Bathroom door was broken, couldn’t lock it. Ugh
Love waffle house, this is one of the better ones I've been to.
