5 people doing nothing and no one thought hey let’s recheck orders . Smh
Been going here since I was a kid and it has to be one of the best places ever. It may not be fancy or special but I have never NOT enjoyed my experience here. The staff are always so sweet and understanding if they make a mistake. The atmosphere is so fun and enjoyable. It feels like being a kid again.
I have been to several Waffle House across the nation. By far. THIS IS THE WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL WAFFLE HOUSE I HAVE EVER VISITED. I watch several people come in the store way after me and got their orders served before I received my order. My order was to go and I waited over 20 minutes for it. Also I request no cheese in my eggs order. Yet I watched the cook complete several eggs orders using the same equipment to include orders with cheese. I am allergic to cheese. When I bought it to the manager attention. She was very unprofessional. I requested an refund and departed the store. The customer service there is terrible.
Service and friendliness top the charts here at this location. The staff shares with you their pride in making the grits, very enthusiastic in making your order right. Waffle House gives me the warm fuzzy and homey feeling, as if you have always been their patron. My go to all the time is their sausage, egg, cheese and grits bowl… yuuummmy!!! Their coffee is bottomless, not gourmet but better than most.

My 1st time at Waffle House- the employees were so kind and gave GREAT customer service. The food was fast and delicious!
I was here Tuesday night. The waitress was really welcoming and friendly. It helped us start having a better day. She was very personable and my daughter even sat up on a stool to talk about anime with her. It was sweet because my daughter is usually really shy with new people. So her customer service is amazing and probably by far the best experience ever at any restaurant for me. The food was delicious I can’t forget to include that part and the cook was also super friendly!
