The women working were so nice and friendly. The food was really good and I got it very quickly. As we waited for our food we watched the cook prepare food for 8 to 10 plates sitting in front of her. She was only told what each order was and then started cooking. It was so fun to watch her. The waitress was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
When I arrived (9:30pm 4/25) the server was not behind the counter. His customer service was poor and he looked like he didn’t want to be there. I wasn’t greeted even after asking him how he was doing. I left immediately. This is not someone I would like preparing my food.
Very neat & clean, well run and efficient staff, very friendly to customers, ALTHOUGH, One thing worth mentioning is that they weren't very friendly to the new trainee who had just started; one seemed a little bit impatient with her and not willing to train properly, so I thought I would mention that since I seem to always find some room for improvement. I know it's a big huge city where people find it hard to be kind to each other but we are human, you know. Please give the new girl a chance, she was very nice to me!
I went to order food, stood by the window to place my order, but everyone looked at me and continued to talk to each other with two tables. No one paid attention to me. I had to leave without ordering . What poor customer service!
This Waffle House just decides when they want to serve food... So does the one on the opposite side of my house. Between the two of them, you can never get through on the phone to place an order and worse, when you go in they tell you're they're done until lunch or done until dinner. With practically no one in the Waffle House at 730pm they told me the wouldn't serve food again until 9pm. I'm assuming it's a staffing issue, and it's not the first time. How about post your hours? Oh you can't bc they're being made up on the fly.
Aerator in the sink in women's restroom is bad.
Sonya or Sonia needs to go back to training because her service was horrible. Now I know why the table before us got up and gave us the table because they probably knew her service was not it . Toya was nice and friendly.
I love WaHo! Stick to coffee and breakfast for the best experience. Most are quite busy at meal times, but if you can avoid those times by an hour or two you will find they are almost empty.
Great service all around the faster of the d fastest Waffle houses on the planet and the best servers and cooks as well that acknowledge customers and converse with them taking care of the customers all other tonight we’re straight trash!!!!
