At this point I’ll call myself a regular. My go to spot once or twice a month for breakfast. When they’re not really busy I try getting with our favorite server London whom customer service has won me over. Food always cooked how we desire it. Sweet tea is delicious. Pecan waffle with pumpkin spice has become my favorite. Always really busy Saturday mornings.
I didn’t get the names of the 3 women who were just working, but they were amazing. We’re on a road trip & these ladies were kind, the food was great, and we had a great time! We just came from a wedding this weekend, and I wish they could’ve crashed the wedding. They were truly great - this is what good customer service is!

Love Waffle House and we stopped at this one due to a flight delay and it was one of the best ever!! Our waitress was London and she was helpful and awesome and made some food recommendations. Also Very nice and at the end of her long shift.
Worst service I've ever experienced. Noone cleaned any table and floors were gross we didn't even know where to sit it was awkward. When we finally sat they forgot parts of our order multiple times and it was impossible to get the attention of any wait staff.
How can u be a server and listen to music why u are waiting on a customer how is that possible ?? I don’t understand it . Reguardless if She knows what ur talking about or not !! We’re is the old customer service at !! Waffle House food is awesome but we’re is the real customer service were it use to be !! No person or employee should walk to a table and have there music playing while waiting on a customer or customers that’s just rude !!!!

She checked on us at least 8 times
Our sever was amazing! We came in around 2am. Our server was so polite and accurate. Our order was perfect and she double checked to make sure we had everything we needed before we left. We tried to call to get her name but the phone wouldn’t allow us to get through to anyone.
