I came here to just order the hash browns and nothing else - and I definitely made a good choice because they're that good

These are really, really good. The potatoes are incredibly soft, and very easy to eat. However, the best ones are the crispy ones, which have a

delicious crispiness to them and break apart in your mouth very satisfyingly. The one thing I wish was these were kept slightly longer on the grill

so they could be a bit more crispy

The other thing that was fantastic about these was the amount of oil used. When eating, each single piece is coated with oil, which gives it so much

flavor and makes it taste so good

For the price of only about 3 dollars, this was also a pretty great value

Overall, the simplest possible dish, but done really well. 8.5/10

We had the rudest waitress. We were really nice and each time we asked for something which wasn't much she world rool here eyes and sigh. Never refilled coffee, walked away in the middle of a Togo order, brought wrong food, Togo was brought in plate, half of the order was brought then 10 minutes later the rest was brought. We were only a party of 2 adults and one child. I would expect this from a younger person but this waitress was in her 50s and older than every other employee there. When she brought half our order out and implied that was all the food I told her we were missing sausage and bacon and she rudely said, we are busy! I guess we aren't allowed to ask questions or order anything as the patrons of a business! I know waffle House is not know for politeness or cleanliness but come on this was just 100 percent uncalled for.

The food looked good but it was cold, and they mixed up all of what we ordered. There were only two other tables with customers, yet somehow the staff messed everything up. Not very good. I don't recommend it unless you want to see for yourself.

Great place for cheap late night waffles!

take off to go fees. i'd rather tip the people who made my order myself than give more money to the restaurant. a whole 20% extra for to go is insane. should only by 5% extra for the server

10% just for to go supplies?? ask the owner for that money instead of taking it from the customers. the prices are already high enough. greedy business owners probably don't even pay taxes but expects customers to pay for supplies what a joke. whoever sets the prices is a suck up to the executives with no real business ideas and needs to reevaluate their career decisions. MAKE IT CHEAPER

came in for to-go… floor had just been mopped and there was 1 chair available where people normally sit for to-go. the restaurant was empty basically, so my boyfriend and i had THOUGHT it would be okay to sit in a booth to wait for our food. we sit and told that we can’t take up a booth for other customers if we are doing togo… makes sense if there were chairs we could sit in to wait for our food.. we said there were not enough chairs available and the employee made the other customers waiting for their food in the togo area MOVE A CHAIR FOR US… as if she couldn’t?? anyway the place was empty and she’s been very very rude to us before … not a first time experience and pics for reference… 2pm on Wednesday May 17. Love Waffle House and the food but oh my god the service is absolutely horrible sometimes.

Asked staff to clean the grill due to a food allergy (after waiting 20 mins for a table) and the waitress laughed in my face, then told me “we are not cleaning it.” She did not even try to help with other solutions. I walked out.

Everything about my meal was cooked to perfection. My scrambled eggs with cheese were scrambled soft as requested. The hashbrowns and bacon were well done as I requested. Service was excellent too. An all around good experience.
