Let me start by saying I order at this restaurant all the time. Today I ordered a a chicken hash brown bowl add sausage gravy. When I arrived to pick up my order and the server handed it to me as if it was perfectly fine. I asked if there was silverware in the bag and she stated that they were out of silverware and I responded that it was fine. I then exited the restaurant. When I got to my car, I noticed that there was no gravy. I entered the restaurant and informed them of the missing gravy. They then replied that they were out of gravy. I requested a refund and the server rudely let me know that gravy was only fifty cents. I stated that I would like a refund for the entire hash brown bowl because I could not eat it without the gravy. The grill cook then yelled “you have to go online!” Not once did they offer to make gravy, or let me know a time frame until they would have some. Nor did they offer any alternative. I asked her how long until they would have gravy and she informed me that it would be an hour or longer because she was too busy to make gravy. I asked to speak with a manager and the grill cook stated that she was the shift supervisor and that there was nothing she could do. I was very disappointed. I’ve been eating at this waffle house since 2013 and this is the worst service I have ever experienced while getting breakfast here.

Walked in the door, and there was a PILE of trash in the middle of the entrance. Sat down to order and mentioned the pile to the lady cleaning, and she kind of made excuses. The food was good, and the server was friendly. But she never came back to fill my water. I STILL love the Waffle House, though.

Great location service was friendly nice short wait time. Food was fresh. Definitely will come back to this specific location.

Waffle house is great. The waffles taste like what I would imagine the word "waffle" to taste like and biting into them is akin to eating a foamy couch cushion. The sausage was a delctibly dry 'sausage-flavored' meat puck. Coming from out of state, it was a weird experience to try for the first time but I miss it already and wish I could get more waffles at 2am.

The all-star breakfast was awesome and of course I had to get hashbrowns all the way except gravy cause Bert's Chili is so great, this Waffle House location is now my #1 favorite ! Friendly atmosphere and the staff are so courteous here.

We used to eat at the Waffle House on S.Sherwood forest Blvd where the food was great but we moved and now we are closer to the one on College Drive. I ordered the Fiesta egg omelet, that is what I always order. This time it was different, the omelet was very much uncooked, sloppy looking.not to leave out the fact that the cook got upset when I complain. So he was told to fix me another one. this time he chopped up 2 whole onions into my omelet. I would not Recommend.

Mimi is the kindest, most amazing worker here!! She is very dedicated and the sweetest soul at her job, if you come here go to Mimi she is the best. Love you Mimi.
