Yes I know.....5 stars for Waffle House??? This is obviously 100% personal opinion, but I do truly love this place. There is a tradional for my gf and I that before a race, we will grab breakfast here...Dallas, Miami, etc. it doesn't matter. It's a simple, delicious, and inexpensive breakfast. This particular location we had to go to for two mornings in a row due to the race being canceled (oh damn) and the crews working were very friendly.
We stopped for a hot chocolate, which is not on the menu, however, the waitress was so incredibly kind that she warmed a chocolate drink in a pot just for us. We were so grateful. The service was outstanding, we had a nice chat and we wish all locations had this good of a service personnel. Thanks Andrea!
Let me start by saying, I love Waffle House. It is truly my favorite breakfast spot whenever we travel. This one was awful. The waitress coughed the entire time. For came out in stages. My waffle was undercooked. My home fries, burnt on the outside and cold in the middle. Save your time money and Waffle House love, don’t go here.
It was a great experience. The two guys that was working there on that shift late at night were also made us feel very comfortable. The food was good. It was nobody there. It was quiet and very clean,
I’ve been trying to place an order for the limited time strswbrrry waffle that was never added to their online ordering menu and forget the phone number. The number have a prerecorded message that say to place an order on the website or app as they no longer take order over phone but I guess y’all can’t answer questions or place orders that the website don’t allow. This is terrible customer service and why have a number of u don’t want to help people. I have 3 kids I can’t go up to place a order and wait for it. And the website directs you to contact the store specifically for customer support and they don’t receive calls. I was never able to put in our order.
It was such a sad experience ????. REALLY... Waitress was very pleasant she was totally distracted by something took our order. Call it in incorrect ,to gray hair gentleman. He cook what she call in correctly. Another waitress brought it to us very pleasant. Excluded grits , steak and tomatoes juice brought a waffle we didn't order . 2cd waitress informed 1st waitress. Then she came over and didn't say sorry there was a miscommunication blamed "shift change. " then lied said she was all by herself. Eggs and toast came five minutes later waffle came another 5" steak came gritty and juice never arrived . I would have preferred to waited another 20 minutes and recieved by order together. Time wasn't issue her not owning her part and just a simple sorry.
Love waffle house! Ain't never had a bad expience lolOur server was Phoebe. She was friendly and prompt. And she stood out because she was pretty and took our order without writing it down and it came out correct.
