I enjoyed everything, however I don't like the service fee and take out fee. I'm aware some people don't tip that's fine,I don't mine the ripping part, but they would do more work if I was sitting down to eat without an extra fee than taking out. When taking out we avoid taking space from patrons who would like to sit down and eat, so we actually providing extra business. I can order food sit there have the staff serve me and leave with just paying for food and not tip at all. So the take out fee is a but overrated. Service fee not a problem. What we paying for the containers to go? Overall it was good that's just one thing I experienced that we felt was unnecessary fee. Nothing bad about the restaurant, food, or the people who work there. They were all friendly and provided Great service.
I ordered for the first time online today which was great. My expected pick up time was eight minutes after I ordered but unfortunately I didn’t get my order until 24 minutes after I ordered. I will say that I really do love waffle House. One of the few places that cook your food to order and they use real eggs, so I am OK waiting. I do feel that if there were more staff at this location that they would’ve been able to fulfill not only my order but the other customers in the restaurant quicker but I understand in this climate, it’s hard to find good people, thank you for my food. It was delicious.
I know it's only waffle house but that Friday crew is the best.

This place reminds me of a modern version of a fifties diner. For a quick and filling meal at a very reasonable price, it is hard to beat Waffle House. The store on George O’Neal Lane is always clean and always friendly. They serve breakfast twenty-four hours a day and have a more complete menu for those who prefer something else. Large portions, good food and very quick service.
If this is the one on George O'Neal and it's a lot cleaner than most locations in Baton Rouge. I want to stop going to waffle House years ago because of bad experiences in Baton Rouge but my son's convinced me that this one was decent. One amazing young lady back there cooking with glasses. Sometimes they may get one thing or two wrong with your order but they will go above and beyond when it comes to fixing it. So far everyone at that location that I have come across had a good attitude
food came out extremely fast, was hot, good, strawberry waffle was amazing, and olivia our server was excellent. perfect service from her the entire meal.
Me and my family come here almost every Sunday and it’s always a pretty pleasant experience! Ms. Desiree is always there helping out and our server was very sweet and timely .
Delicious food, speedy service, Brooke was a lovely waitress!!! Recommend to anyone wanting tasty breakfast type food!
