A casually efficient eatery perfect for a quick bite. However, I did notice a hygiene concern as the staff's thumb made contact with our delivered food on the tables. It was not something we had anticipated or wanted to witness. The food was decent and cheap as expected.
Friendly service. They were quick to take my order. Incredibly rapid with preparing and presenting my food. Restaurant was clean and tidy. The prices are really good. Food hot and tasty.
The young man that waited on us was very nice and attentive. He seemed to be serving the whole restaurant. The food was great.
It was nice quite place when I visited around 4pm.
It's little walk from pilot like 3 or 5 minute. But it was worth to get food what I like there.
Cook was very nice polite and friendly.
They don't have Semi truck parking. So park at pilot and then walk to this place. It's just other side of the road from McDonald's.

There was a short lady with nose piercing black braids. I asked for 4 scrambled eggs with cheese I told her I wanted 4 pieces of cheese. She said it only comes with 2
I asked if there was a problem with me buying and getting 4 pieces she said there was. She had a awful attitude. This is probably the worst waffle house in the united states as I travel for work and go to multiple different waffle houses that this is just the rudest one. When I told her never mind Have a great Night left as if I can't get my food the way I want ot why would I eat there. She then started bad mouthing me to the 2 guys behind her on grill one looked like a team lead. Who was going along with her rude attitude. IS THIS HOW U GUYS TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS????
WORST WAFFEL HOUSE EVER
I TRIED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE BY COMONG INTO NIGHT AS LAST TIME THE SAME GIRL CHSRGED ME 7 DALLORS FOR 2 SIDES OF GRAVY AND DIDNT EVEN PUT ENOUGH IN BOTH CONTAINERS TO FILL UP one HALF WAY.
It's Waffle House, what more needs to be said? They are getting a bit pricy for the size and quality of their menu items and of course everything needs to be wiped down. Take a look at my $7.56 patty melt.
Definitely 3 out of 5. Mine and my son's food was good. My husband's burger tasted like rubber. The waitress Tonya, she had red hair, told us while ordering the burger " oh we're out of buns but I can put Texas toast on it instead" so we were okay with that because we thought it would be the same price. Spoiler alert, it wasn't.
We wait for the food, they forget my eggs and gritts, so we had to wait another 10 minutes for that.
Then the bill comes and we find out that we've been charged for a completely different meal because she neglected to tell us that getting the Texas toast bread on my husband's sandwich, because THEY didn't have any regular buns, would make it so we were paying for a $12 meal instead of $9 meal. And if I'm not mistaken they charged me $8s for 2 sunny side up eggs.
Didn't offer us refills, didn't check on us. When she dropped off the food, she literally acted like we didn't exist.
We had to flag down another server to get some boxes. He is the only reason I'm giving this place a 3 out of 5. And mine and my son's food was pretty good except for the bacon, which you can see down below, was burnt to a crisp. Which wouldn't be a problem at all, if I had asked for well done bacon.
I'm pretty disappointed. My family and I were excited to go out to eat, since we don't do it very often. Now, do I expect perfection? Of course not. Everyone is human and makes mistakes. I just wish that we had felt comfortable enough to say " hey can we get this fixed?" But how can we feel comfortable if you didn't even act like we existed after we ordered? The ONLY reason I knew our servers name was because someone else said it and I double checked her name tag.
The young kid that checked us out and got our boxes, was the only one who spoke to us like we existed and was very polite and professional.
It’s lovely here is a small nice place to come with your family the workers here are nice overall 10/10
