Big variety for a village shop. Staff always pleasant and there's parking space at the front of the shop. The store had a refit last year and is spotlessly clean. The prices are a bit more than the supermarket but that's to be expected being a village shop and the wide range of goods that they stock.
Shop we'll stocked and reasonably priced. The staff are pleasant with the exception of one. Who when you ask for a bag practically throws it at you. The others will pack it for you. This is not the first time that we have encountered this problem with her.
Fresh vegetables where rotted, picked up a packet of fresh peppers that had green mould on then then I picked up a bag of potatoes that where rotted and had rotted decayed nasty watery liquid that spilled out of the bag of potatoes and didn't smell very nice , the fruit is bitty missy and the bananas are allways batterd and often black or green and bruised, the fruit and veg needs sorting out asap I'm sure health and safety would not approve
Lovely family run supermarket, well stocked and friendly team.
The red wine is always cold, as is the shop. Careful not to trip on the pallets when they are filling the shelves....
This little friendly village supermarket has been wonderful during the lockdown its been well stocked ,and the staff have been more than helpful even with all the new safety rules ,Thanks a lot all ..
For a family run supermarket this is very good it has all the essentials and is hood to just pick up a couple bits but I would not by my weekly shop there
Used this Store for many years.useful and necessary products, good range and pleasant Staff.
