Not crowded for arrival - time 10 am decent area open to traffic during weekdays and the bus station Panda business store does not (open) until evening to book tickets. So now you know do so online.
Horrible customer service...first off its literally in a parking lot. Unsafe to be. The bus was over 2 hours late. I did not feel safe leaving my husband there to ride the bus. It was sketchy and when we called customer service about the bus being late and to get a refund because by the time it would have actually gotten to the destination it would be too late for what he needed to go up for, they said no we can pay to catch another...please do NOT ride this bus..this company!! Just pass...please pass
Normally you have to wait here till you get your bus. Sometime bus delayed to reach.. Please make sure you stay in your car if you have allergic to smoke smell or if you have kids.. Guys inside the ticket counter always smokes inside, due to which you will feel the smoking smell inside the waiting area. Management has to take step to advise their staff not to smoke inside at least..
Not much to look at but if you have been to other bus stations with these types of owners then you already know. Bus was late, they don't offer much information as to when they will arrive either. Regardless, I am grateful for the service they offer.
A woman should NOT travel alone on these buses.
If i could give this place a negative zero I would. Their buses are old, dirty. And the evening buses are very crowded (but that's kinda to be expected on an evening bus). But the worst part of it is how unreliable they are! Their buses don't arrive on time! And don't depart on time! Their customer service is no existent. They disrespect their customers and still take their money. They are kinda cheap so that's their appeal.
If I could give them less than a 1 star rating I would!
I had an extremely negative experience with my Akai/Panda journey on Tuesday March 20th. I was confused from the start when I arrived and there was no signage with "Akai" on it. I was expecting an Akai bus as that was on my ticket. "Panda" was not on the website or my ticket. I didn't know if I was in the correct location. The bus was supposed to arrive at 7:10am but did not arrive until 8:30am in Charlotte. The bathrooms on the bus were so disgusting they were unusable. The behavior of the drivers was extremely unprofessional: both talking on bluetooth while driving for long periods of time The second driver had an angry and loud altercation with a passenger. This behavior made me feel very unsafe. I was dropped off at a Panda station in Atlanta, unaware of this transfer as my E-ticket only says "Charlotte to Opelika". There was no mention of a stop anywhere. The bathroom at this bus station was disgusting as well. I sat at this station uncertain as to how I was getting to Opelika. This was very stressful. I was then taken to an unmarked mini-van that reeked of cigarette smoke, for the remainder of my journey. The other passenger was dropped off in Columbus, Ga., another completely unexpected stop, then to Opelika, Al. This added additional time to my trip, plus I was not comfortable with the fact that I was the only passenger in what appeared to be a personal vehicle.
BEWARE!!!!
It is not safe, we cancel our bus tickets, because I with children we’re afraid to get out taxi
