If you're looking for a trustworthy, helpful and honest local business, V W Services is the one. We weren't even paying customers but couldn't recommend them enough. Called them in a panic today, looking to buy a space-saver wheel after hitting a pothole and destroying an alloy, 40 miles from home. Even though V W Services didn't have one in stock, Tanny went out of his way to help us. He located one that was for sale locally, called us back and put us in touch with the seller. All out of the goodness of his heart and we got home, safe and sound, not long after. What a guy! It's so hard to find a trustworthy garage these days. We're not from the area but would recommend this company 100%!
I would 100% recommend VW services to anyone and everyone. They are super reliable, so transparent, efficient and very friendly. As a person who doesn’t know a lot about cars they will happily break down the details for you so you can understand their process fully. Their prices are very fair and you can tell they have vast knowledge that is guaranteed to put you in the best position. Very trustworthy and great place.
Brought my car in after an accident with no notice at all and they were happy to let me put it outside the shop, had the gearbox and drive shaft replaced and got them checked over by another garage who did the tracking and they said it looks like it was professionally repaired so very happy. Communication could’ve been a bit better though
In the last 5 years I'm always bring my car this service , because the all mechanical who is working here very professional, helpfully and alway try to help finding the exact problem and repair it!! What a great find! A friend recommended this garage as I needed a repair doing in a hurry as going away for Grandson's Birthday. The did it for me on the day. Since the, they have repaired an electric window that jammed open and my brakes. Always quick, efficient service by friendly staff and very reasonsable rate. Highly recommend them.
Speedy service. They were the only ones that came back to me for a price to repair a broken window assembly on our SEAT car. They fitted us in next day and did a great job. Price was spot on. Polite and friendly service. Would recommend.
I took my VW Polo 6R in for an EGR and Cooler replacement. It can be a gamble using any garage for the first time. I am really pleased with the help and support getting the car sorted properly. It is clear they have plenty of knowledge and experience. I will not hesitate to take all my cars here in the future. Every other quote was beaten on price too. This place is a little gem. :)
