I was downtown for a conference and had a mid day break. I figured I would see about getting a haircut and found Vs barbershop.
I was a walk-in and waited less than five minutes before I was in the chair. They had a good amount of people in there getting cuts so I was surprised by the short wait. My barber was nice and did a great job cutting my hair. He gave me exactly what I wanted.
Overall it's a great value for the price, and I would come back for a cut if I was in the area.
This is the result if you go to this place. 30 $ stolen. Arrogant, rude and very impolite “hairdresser”. He was cutting my hair and watching tv at the same time. Working with no care, with the clippers start in one point, after one second in another, and again the same in other points. Not following the line of the shade. Are you kidding ? I asked for a thin straight side shade and he made a thick shade that going down to the neck. I told him I didn’t want that and he said he was right and went ahead saying it was straight, but it was not. I asked for a mirror and asked if he really thought it was straight. Finally he cut the shade but very bad. The hair on the top are crooked. And he says they are not . He says the cut it was correct and he says it was what I ask for but not true. For sure I wouldn’t even take a sheep to shear in this place. Fortunately I have pictures of his “work”.
Highly recommend! Ed was so great with my 18 month old who was NOT happy to be getting his hair cut. He was patient and worked quickly. My little guy looks extra handsome now ????
My experience at these shops has always been very good. Very talented Barber and super friendly service. They get the job done in great timing. The only tricky part about this location is parking, so make sure you park on a visitor spot on the parking structure and make sure you take your ticket with you because they have validation, which is a plus.
Love this place. I've been going since moving to Phoenix a year ago. Staff are all friendly and good at their craft. Shout out to Russ, Ary and Ed. Top notch artists for sure! Location in PHX Cityscape is nice as well. Parking is below ground in a garage.
Went into the shop for the first time today and got a haircut from Julian. I wanted to get lined up for vacation with a fade on the side. He cut my hair exactly like I wanted it to be. I will definitely go to this shop and get a haircut from him again.
Have been to several locations in the West Coast but this one gave the worst and most painful experience ever! Got my neck all scratched and cut up with the blade and tried to throw away the towel with my blood stain on it!
Got a haircut in Phoenix for the first time today from Julian. He cut my hair exactly like I wanted it to be, and was patient and knowledgeable when I asked him about hair care. Highly recommended!
