Best KPortal Reviews
I hate leaving bad reviews. You never know what goes on from day to day. I only share what went on and the reader can draw their own conclusions. We got there on a Sunday on "eclipse weekend". Wasn't busy at all. The beer I originally wanted wasn't available but only known after ordering and paying. Got a bloody mary as well that did not include any of the extras that the menu stated it did. The two bartenders had no idea what else came with it and said that was it. It was from a mix. Got another comparable beer, ordered a pizza and burger then went to sit down. Order came up, went up to get it and was told they had no pizzas. Havent had any all day. During this, we noticed that the bloody mary glass had a crack up the entire side. Took that back up and asked for a refund for the pizza and bloody mary. The bartender said that the bloody mary wasn't even put on the bill to begin with. The refund could not be put back on the card for whatever reason and a cash refund was given for the pizza. The burger was very good as well as the chips. Hope it was just a one off and its not like this often. If it is, thats not a good look.
Manual single door , wheelchair Accesible ,no public WiFi , kid friendly , high chairs , hi top and standard seating , clean sanitary , quiet casual friendly atmosphere , men’s and women accessible restrooms , no obvious pandemic precautions . Uses toast take out APP ( same as food hall )easy ordering and payment from table ,Food was amazing , fresh cut shoestring fries and kimchi burger with a black stout , well seasoned burger patty charbroiled ,topped with lettuce tomato and bacon kimchi .
As soon as I walked in with my family, it was just amazing. The set up was beautiful and I loved the vibe that I got from the place. Took us a minute before we realized that we had to walk to a counter instead of waiting to be seated. But that was to be expected since we came from out of town. I ordered a Strawberry Poluma (non-alcoholic drink) and omg was it good. Three simple ingredients and it tasted amazing. Definitely going to try to make it myself and definitely coming back for the summer.
It wasn't just us, the music was just far too loud. Even the people next to us couldn't hear each other from 2 ft away. Just tell the musicians to have a decent volume.
The reason people go to venues like yours is for the ambiance and atmosphere. They want to be able to talk and listen to the band, not just listen to the band.
Ordered a Chicken sandwhich with pickles, slaw, and sauce. Was not told when ordering the chicken was out of all of the condiments so I was served a mediocre, dry piece of chicken with a small muster of sauce for $16. Will never return for food, and the kitchen has the audacity to give me attitude when picking up the order and when I brought the issue to their attention. They told me they were out of pickles and then served my girlfriend a burger with pickles, train your cooks better or at all, please. Will not return.
Love the idea of this place. Food was awful. Burgers were really terrible - well done and not seasoned - I took 3 bites and left. Nice side area for eating outside but disappointed we picked this spot during our one night here.
wack… Overheard the big guy in the kitchen call the one girl a whale. Absolutely would not recommend. Not to mention dude wore no gloves and spit his punches out if his mouth put news ones in and proceeded to grab fries and added them to a plate. NO WASHING OF HIS HANDS. Kitchen looked gross. Food was great the girl who cooked my burger made it perfect but I couldn’t really eat after seeing and hearing the comments
Awesome food, excellent beer selection, neat business plan where you order your food from the table and pay for it and then they call you when it's ready and you come and get it. Kind of cafeteria style. Very easy and you don't have to wait for anybody.
