John & Ann are simply incredible in the hospitality game. We started a jam night tillycoultry on Thursday nights, after our previous bar closed down they welcomed up with open arms! We are eternally grateful for them and I am eternally grateful for their whisky selections!

Very poor reception at this establishment as, while awaiting the arrival of a disabled colleague by bus at a bus stop adjacent and in dire need of using public toilets - of which there are none in the village at all, I entered the lobby of the building to enquire if I could in fact do so only to be greeted by a female staff member who curtly stated “No - customers only”. Were she to have known that on arrival, my friend and I might have availed this establishment of our custom after his imminent arrival she may have been more accommodating. Now however, they’d never get our custom or likely that of - all those to whom this saga will be related.
Great wee pub. Lovely landlords. Super beers. Comfortable and friendly.
