HORRIBLE DONT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY AND WALK OUT CRYING WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I REALLY DONT EVEN BELIEVE THE GIRL HAS HER LICENSE TO DO HAIR NOW I HAVE TO HAVE MY HAIR FIXED AND PAY AGAIN PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED TBH EVEN THE ATMOSPHERE WAS DEPRESSING BLEACHED MY HAIR 2 times should have left when I seen the baby strapped to her but I was like I understand RUN ????‍♀️

Is there anyone can tell me where is the aesthetician that used to work in Volume Hair Salon? I think the owner and crews are changed now and even the name of the Salon…I really like her facial service so I really appreciate if anyone can tell me where I can find her????

I had my haircut and Brazilian blowout with Ms. Becky and I truly loved the results. I have thick and frizzy hair; dry and flaky scalp but she was very patient and did everything with care. My hair felt so amazing after. For my haircut, I showed her what style I wanted and she was able to do it really well. I left the salon feeling pampered, refreshed and happy. I will definitely come back for future hair treatments and haircuts. Thanks, Ms. Becky!

Had an appointment set for one time received a call to change the time and I did. Went to the appointment early waited to receive a call saying appointment was canceled. Rescheduled appointment. Went to appointment for the same thing to happen. Going out of time so I really needed my hair done. Took time off work both times to get hair done all for it to be canceled. I understand things come up but two weeks in a row and I also accommodated to times that best suited the stylist. I have been here before and the place is great but I am highly disappointed.

My first time here and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. Kayla was awesome!!! She cut and colored my hair perfectly. She even put streaks in my 15 yr old sons hair and he loves it. Will definitely be back to see her.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was amazing! They added a blow out for my friend while she waited as well. The absolute best experience I’ve had at a salon. I cannot say enough good things and won’t go anywhere else.

The people were amazing super friendly. But I ask for light brown hair coloring and came out with black. Looks so bad, when I said something she said I would have to pay to get highlight, so I paid for something I hate and have to live with. Oh well just hair.

I won't go anywhere else to get my hair done. Natalie and her team are AMAZING! She listens, takes her time, is patient and professional. She has a playroom for the kiddos to go to so mom and/or dad can get a cut while kids are safely entertained. Everyone is welcome - guys/gals, young/mature - there is a stylist there to meet your needs. Children with special needs are served with a tender touch!
