Customer service was absolutely horrible. Had a complaint about our food. Not being what we were used to getting over the years from them. Just ordered the same thing we ordered today 2 days ago and our order was fine. The manager who took the call was unbelievably rude and dismissive. We've been ordering the same thing from this location for years and what was sent was not up to the standard of what we've been receiving. Called to complain and the manager kept speaking over us, speaking aggressively and very argumentative!! Said he didn't care about our complaint and he wasn't doing anything to fix the issue with our order. What we recieved and the disrespect wasn't worth the money we spent!!
Signed up for notifications when placing my order online. Received text and email that my food order was placed. Nothing after that. Sat there for over an hour since I live next door. Never received estimated time or notification that my food was ready. Why even offer SMS text updates if you don’t utilize it? Sub barely had anything on it. See photos - was literally all bread. Pizza was doughy / not cooked all the way through like others have pointed out in the reviews. Employees smoking right in front of door. Will avoid this place in the future. Too many other good places to patronize.
This Vocelli Pizza rocks! I've order from them more than a dozen times and they have exceeded expectations every time.

Vocellis Carrick is best when owner makes all the foods ,Ralph is smart n very experienced n family employees always provided great customer service n I started at Carrick store when vicellis was pizza outlet n Joseph Button was general manager n pizza n hoagie we're so much better back then n cheese was better as well always great flavors
Me and my husband just moved to the area and wasn’t certain where to order food from we found vocelli and place an order we got are food in a timely fashion everything was still hot the food was ok but for the price worth it I’m pretty sure I would order from them again
Service was horrible!!!! They didn't even ring up my drink. I ordered a delivery. I called and told them they forgot my drink and they never even charged me for it. So they tell me they are going to send me a Pepsi, and the delivery man still have not brought it yet. And it's already been an hour after I already ordered my food. I spoke with a manager and she was so rude about the situation. Worst place ever!!!!!
I Door dash at alot of restaurants. This place has the best customer service by far. The workers are always friendly. No matter day or night. They treat you like family even when you're just picking up food for others. I was so impressed with their kindness they I decided to order from them for my family. It was amazing and affordable! The place is always clean and they decorate it nicely for the holidays. Keep up the good work!
This is and will always be my favorite pizza place bc the pepperoni pizza here is way tastier at this location compared to other ones. IT IS A SMALL SHOP SO SOMETIMES THEY MIGHT MAKE A MISTAKE IN THE FOOD BUT PLEASE TREAT THE STAFF WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS. THEY ARE ONLY HUMAN. Besides the pizza they have great breadsticks and other items!!!
