Probably my favourite garage in Kirkintilloch. Been a customer of theirs for years with various different cars and never had any issues.
Repaired puncture at short notice. Good service and nice chaps.
First time using VMS and had a great experience. Dropped the car off this morning for a new wheel bearing at 8.
30am got it back only a few hours later and the car runs like a dream. Really happy with the price and service I received, would go back for future repairs.
I have used this garage a couple of times now and will definitely use again! Staff are lovely and prices aren't daylight robbery!
Great service provided , I have been using this garage for few year's now . The guys are friendly , and it's a family ran business. Peace of mind knowing I won't get ripped off when needing car repaired !!!! I would highly recommend. As always, a happy customer, who will always return when cars playing up!
Terrible experience owner never around to take complaints about terrible work and excuses from all the staff. The first mechanic snapped bolts in my suspension and they gave me my car back returned it to get fixed advertised the mechanic who done the job called in sick the next day then they had to keep my car for 3 days and no work done then they done a temp fix had to bring the car back but no mechanic to work on it as he was arrested on the weekend of the old firm match. In short do not go here these guys are a rip off and cowboys better service at halfords and qwikfit just down the road
Got ripped off for 170 pounds for shock absorbers they did not renew , went to trades descriptions , my reg is DK53CGY new one being fitted now by another I am disabled and could not check at the time I have been told to report to m o t authorities will see what happen s
Not the place it used to be unfortunately. It's gone way downhill. I had an issue with the wrong tyres fitted to my rims. Tried to resolve this immediately (tyres unused) by ordering the correct items ( another sale for them) as a swap and I offered to pay fitting charge for first set. Staff not interested and brushing me off. Still waiting, 10 days later, for Graham to call me back "in 5 minutes". Manager "Robert" never in, but his approval needed apparantly for every small decision. Three times I've been been told someone will call me back and it's not happened yet. I've been buying my tyres & exhausts here for 20 years or more. Used to friendly & helpful. Now it's a stressed, grumpy and poorly performing workshop. Manager slaggs off staff to customers. Any small problem and it all falls apart. Best to go elsewhere in my experience.
