My sister recommended that I go here while I was visiting Michigan to get my hair done. Kind of a small quaint hidden salon, a bit noisy due to there was about 8 to 10 stylist serving clients at the same time. Michael was my stylist, he has over 30 years experience as a hair stylist.
He was very kind and thoughtful, and he has a lot of patients.
I love Viva Grand. I always get an incredible cut and beautiful color. Billy is very personable and always welcoming. He is easy to talk to and my time at the salon is always positive.
Tried this place out for the first time today, I was able to book same day (I called the salon at 10am and got an appointment for 4:45pm).
Ask for Ashley, she is a wonderful woman, pleasant, funny, knows her stuff, and was able to replicate the cuts I am used to getting back home in Vegas by looking at old pics of my hair.
Tegan is a wonderful stylist she gives great haircuts and is the only one who can cut my hair evenly! I have been to many salons in the area and they either have butched my hair or messed it up to where I have to be brave and fix it on my own! Tegan is awesome! I will definitely go to her as long as she’s here and will recommend her to everyone who needs a great stylist who knows what they are doing!!
NOT happy , was referred by a family member and went and received highlights which should have been a FULL head , everything was nice abt the salon not sure if it’s just the hairdresser I got or what but I went in with previous bleach blonde hair and some rootage I asked for a level or 2 below platinum color which should not of been hard considering the color I already had I am positive that my hair could of turned out better somewhere else ! Not much change in what I came in with besides the roots gone and a uneven STILL BRASSY hair !!! Extremely irritated and unsatisfied will never go back !
