Staff are always polite, helpful, friendly, and professional. Recently my son, who lives out of the area, was prescribed some medication that a number of his local pharmacies did not have in stock and could not get from their suppliers. Vithlani pharmacy dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently. Thank you.
My family and I have used Vithlani chemists for many years and we have always found them helpful. Recently I wanted an earspray that was not in stock. Yasmin the assistant was extremely helpful in that she ordered the spray for delivery next day. I rang up next day and collected the spray and again I was helped by Yasmin who was cheerful and efficient . A great chemist.
I had trouble setting up an automatic pill dispenser, I took it down to Vithalin pharmacy and explained my predicament, where a very kind pharmacist stopped what he was doing and started to read the manual and carefully proceeded step by step to set up and make the pill dispenser working for me. This was going above his very busy schedule and I would recommend others to use Vithalin pharmacy

Had to call here last week after my son was prescribed antibiotics, unfortunately he needed them during a time there was a shortage, the lady who came on the phone was one of the pharmacists and tried desperately to search the system to try and find a chemist with the medication I needed. She was the one pharmacist out of the 10 I had been to that helped me, really appreciate that. I managed to get some in the end.
This is by far the best chemist I have ever dealt with. I have all of my families prescriptions sent to them. Everything is dealt with in a timely manner. My son has specialist products and the pharmacy go out of the way to find a supplier and provide what he needs. They are nothing short of outstanding and I can not recommend them enough!!!
