This place is ratty the workers where VERY RUDE. Took forever to come to the counter after I ringed the bell 5 times and were unsure if the food THEY MADE had peanuts or not. The food itself was mid portions were diabolical for the price. My acai bowl was half full and was just filled with granola not any fruit. Will not be back here and I recommend no one does. save ur money!!
Their bowls are sub par. Nutty bowl had no peanut butter to be found. Added toppings to another bowl that we never got. We love bowls and have had them lots of places. For the price Vitality bowls need to do better. Will not go back.
This review is for the management, nothing with employees! The place is really bad. They need to invest in the place.
Service is poor and late I suppose is bc don’t have enough employees, we wait like 30min for a chicken panini? Is not good.
Smoothies are poor too.. don’t taste like anything just frozen water with color ?

I absolutely love this place. I usually have a bowl, but I have tried the smoothies as well. I find the bowls to be better. They always taste fresh and are filling. Customer service is good too. If there is a line, it can move pretty slow and it takes a while to get your order, but I’d say it’s worth it.
If you are a vegetarian or vegan make sure they don’t put chicken in your veggie sandwich. The chicken was an added cost that we didn’t add, but it was put into both sandwiches, anyway.
The ladies working were very nice and offered to remake the order, even though they were trying to clean up to close. The sandwiches were great, tasty and made fast.
I would eat here again.
A year ago I was at 5 stars easy. Since then, I'm not sure what has gone on behind the scenes, but I've got to drop to 3 - maybe 2.5 stars.
The flavor of the bowls remains tasty, but the quality has faltered. How they are put together has been inconsistent, and while I am generally satisfied with the customer service, I did witness a poor handling of an elderly customer with what seemed like a legitimate concern, by one of the young workers. (Disrespectful, and and basically unprofessional)
Bottomline, as someone else mentioned, you could go somewhere else for a less expensive bowl, but just as tasty, and the servings are probably better.
I came in for the first time the other day and not only is the food great, the service is amazing! I had no clue what type of bowl to order and Riann was so patient and helpful with me, it truly made my day. Also, her bowl recommendation is my new go to and I will definitely be back!
Long time customer leaving feedback on recent changes. Ordered my usual smoothie to be told it can no longer be made. Replacement smoothie was "watery" and didn't have the superfood quality that I am used to (over 7 year customer). For the expensive price, quality is now poor. Talked to the new manager (Lindsay) and asked for Dave (owner) to call me. I have spoken with him before and he asked me to reach out to him. Never got a call from him. Other smoothie shop is 30% cheaper and better quality than my last visit. Super disappointed as this was my go to place multiple times a week. I was probably one of their top 10 to 15% of customers. Seems they are doing all they can (menu changes, loyalty program that doesn't track your purchases and takes longer to get a $10 coupon, poor quality, and lack of service) to lose customers.
