Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and told me step-by-step why they were doing the treatments and what they were looking for with each test. The customer service desk was also very professional and greeted me with a smile.
We always get our glasses here. I don’t have insurance and a high index lens, I was able to purchase my frames and lens at a reasonable price and I love my frames. I can’t wait for them to get here. They always have our business, I hope they don’t change.
The receptionists at this location were very rude and found it amusing to speak in a condescending way whilst trying to assist me. Being unaware of the new system they have put in place I did not find this place welcoming at all. In her words “you need to do better.” I have not been to this location in some years now and nothing has changed and I will not be returning.
Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. The young lady that helped me pick my glasses was very knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm very personable. Ive been a patient of visionworks for years and never been disappointed.
They are horrible. I have now been waiting a month for glasses I doubt they are even going to make, and when I call or go there they cop attitudes so I will gladly give my business to someone else next time. Worst customer service ever. I wish them all the worst.

Front desk was terrible!! They acted like they did not want to help but had no choice. And apparently my frames weren't good, I need to get one from there. Been there over the years but won't be coming back after this.
