Nilma threads my eyebrows so well!! She's the expert there. I also switched to her for my facials, and it's been great. She's very kind and always sharing tips for my home routine.
Horrible the service they gave me today, a terrible attitude, I wonder if I would wax another part of my face and when I told her that if she started doing it with the thread, I told her I'm sorry but I preferred wax and I could see how upset she was On top of that, I don't comb or trim my eyebrows, I don't ask if I wanted the aloe vera that they apply to the shaved area and to top it all off when I was about to pay I wonder if I would leave a tip, I said yes, and when she turns the screen for me to select the amount he gets upset and yells at me ma'am, ma'am. how much, how much 3 dollars, 4 dollars, 5 dollars, how much, how much. I have been visiting this place for around 5 years. I moved out of the area and now I drive 40 minutes to come to this place to show up and be treated like that? absolutely not. this was my last visit. Mrs. ADMIN, modify your treatment with clients so that your business remains open.
Went in to get a trim, the younger ladies weren't there only the older lady with the glasses who is very rude and obviously should not be cutting hair at all. She refused to acknowledge she didn't do a good job, I don't believe she even knows how to thread or cut hair, gave my hair three snips and said she was done. I should have left when the lady before me left with a red face extremely upset at how she agreesively threaded and messed up her eyebrows, the old owner was great , the old woman that is there now is horrible, do not waste time and money in this place.
Skip this place and go to Salima's! No customer service what so ever. The 2 older women who work here both act like they really don't want to work here...odd. then just don't work here ? The day before Eid I called ahead for waxing. Was told I could come in 30 mins and they could get me in. I get there and am told because they have walk ins and it's almost closing time (I had 30 mins to spare) they couldn't get me in. I was told this by the owner. Mind you I got there at the time THEY told me to come. And the 2nd woman had left leaving just the owner. If you can't deliver then just be honest over the phone instead of wasting customers time. So I walked out and decided to call around. Salima's salon was open until 9PM! Lady on the phone said I could come right over and they'd get me in. True to their word, they did! Skip this place. Go to Salima's!!!
They work very fast ! I always love my eyebrows. They never take off too much hair and give you alo Vera gel afterwards !!!
I recommend to give this place a try for eyebrow threading! The owner is a very sweet lady who cares about customer service. I had my eyebrows threaded and she was willing to spend extra time to make the shape that I wanted. I tried many other brow places where they rush you or doesn’t care if YOU like the outcome or not. Thanks to the owner and other staff who were sweet, too. I’ll be back!
If I could rate this place a Zero I would. Their customer service is awful and these people are disrespectful specially if you tell them they messed up your eyebrows. They messed up mine, my moms and my cousins on all different occasions the only good person there is the owner and she’s never there. Don’t go their and even at one point they burned my moms face during a chemical peel and she still has the mark and it’s been years
Reshmi is my eyebrow tech. She usually does a good job doing my eyebrows. Except this time i waited 45 minutes just to get them done. I even called ahead of time. When i got there she was busy with a client. After i was waiting 20 minutes. She took the client in a private room and just disappeared leaving me and another women waiting in the waiting area. After 10 minutes the woman left leaving me alone waiting. Finally i got up and went to go find her. I knocked on a door, she poked her out and told me that the client had a appointment. She seem irritated when i asked her how much longer. She said 15 mins. But came out in 10 mins and finally did my brows. Jeezzzz Louis have someone else for walkins if your going to be tending to appointments. Just in case you have walkins then all your clients are being taken care of.
