Well spent $522! If total bill was $1000, I’d pay them that price. A1 customer service and the mechanic was top tier. Me being a ex Shop Foreman for Swift Transportation before buying my own truck, I do know good mechanics lol great job Virginian Repair Center. Thanks again.
These guys are the best!!! Paid the Loves shop further down for an oil change and they screwed up my fuel filter. Ben (mechanic here) figured out exactly what the problem was and fixed it asap. Got me back on the road in about 20 mins. I would give em 10 stars if i could!!!! This is NOT the loves shop everyone is referring to. These guys are legit and know what they are doing. They even put the truck on the machine to be sure it was fixed. Come here and bypass Loves altogether.
This place did a great job on a steer axle wheel seal, Albert did the job, he knew what he was doing. Have put 10,000 miles with no issue. So it was done right. Was not busy when pulled in and they got the truck right in truck.
Would use this a place again.
Very over priced. I had a mud flap that I need remounted and a marker light replaced. The light cosed $12.75 plus tax and labor. My bill was $80.00 to get a put a light on my trailer and put on a mud flap that I already had. Way to much money. I would find another place to go if at all possible.
Broke down on route 66 in a diesel motorhome. Although they don't work on motorhomes, I was able to take the radiator hose to them. They were more than helpful. A few hours later I was back on the road. Thanks to them our vacation got back on track.
I did give him five stars at first but it's only been two weeks since they fix myand he said it would last and it would never leak again but now it's pouring few out of it right now as I speak and they not making it right to know I would not recognize and recommend this place to nobody they suck
One star for being ignorant and not admitting that something is there fault, something went wrong after the oil change and "BILL wanted me out of store for price of getting physical! Do not come here until that guy is there!
Was a very bad experience here they dont know what there doing brought my truck in to see why my low voltage was on they replaced the alternator without checking the charging system just to charge me and that wasn't the problem and now they won't reimburse me nothing and the truck was never fixed don't recommend them at all they don't know what they are doing just reaping people off im reporting this place to the BBB
