I really love my braids!!! I just got microbraids in 7 hours and they are perfect. Adja did the damn thing!!!! I love them . This is by far the best braids I received since I’ve been in Va. I love going to them , however I am not happy after this last time. I came to the shop at 4pm on a Monday night, to get two layer braids, there was only one worker here, which was fine by me. However she was tending to a baby. It is now 915 and we are just now starting on the top level. This is so unprofessional and upsetting.
Being honest, these girls can braid!!! I use to love this place but has gone completely down, maybe because of covid. I Had an appt today at 0900, at 1000 she arrives, start braiding my hair, quoted 140.00 otp. All I wanted was simple box braids with design feedin in the front. Left there at 2:30pm and 150.00 short, braids not what I wanted, FML. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but I'm done. Wont be going back there.
Got my hair braided in about 4 hours just like the picture I provided. The price is very reasonable. I would suggest that more persons go here to get their hair done. One of the ladies does not speak English well but hey USA is a big melting pot. I will be going back here for more hair braiding
VERY VERY unprofessional. Only 1 person in the shop speaks English. I showed them the picture off their Facebook page of how I wanted my hair. The lady did my hair nothing like it. When she was done I told her I did not like it. They all became very disrespectful & challenging. At this point I was gonna be late for work so I just wanted to pay. I offered my card to pay but they said they do not accept credit cards & I needed to go to the ATM. I got in the car to go to ATM & they all came running out the shop like I was trying to leave without paying. After I came back with the money to pay the the lady was still very disrespectful. Do not go to this shop. U will not be satisfied with their work.
Beautiful women braid my grand daughter hair. Very soft touch, no pulling, fast. Every clean facility Getting baby two hair done today
It was alright, would give it five stars but they did my hair nicely but the design was not like the photo. Other than that the experience was great. First time there in and out.
