I've been going here for 10 years getting tires on all my vehicles I went today for a tire and literally treated poorly and the prices here have gone thru the roof wish I would have known I definitely would have looked around when I asked questions never got a response from any of the people if this is how you treat returning customers I hope all the one timers that come keep your shop open because this customer won't be back. The only reason 3 stars was because they completed the tire change quickly .
Was the best place to go but the last 2 times I went there I was told nothing wrong maybe balance the tires. I left went to a tire shop to see and both times there was a bad tire and was told it was about to blow out. Very disappointing because they were my go to place.
Let me give you a little advice dear owner looks like you are new in this bussines, I have seen the world before you .
It's my second time I come to do bussines with you first time not worth to mention but today on February 13/2024 I dropped off the 2009 black escape and I asked you I need 4 wheel balance, I come back next 2 hrs picked up the car and what you did basically nothing the wheels were shaking ???? again.
I took my escape to belle tire they did my wheel balance and my problem was solved under minutes not hours.
If you wanna be in bussines do the job right and smile don't try to cut the corners I assure you will close the doors down soon..

Great used tires, perfect price, and fastest service at a tire shop I have ever had.
Great service and price. I had a tire that wouldn't hold air anymore. They were all almost bald. I called in the morning. I got in right away. They installed 4 slightly used tires for the price it would have cost me for 1 new one anywhere else. They did the job quick!
Got a great deal on a set of brand new tires. My car feels 100x different. The service was fast and all workers had pleasant attitudes. I was even offered a cold drink from the fridge while I waited for the installation. 10/10 would recommend and will be my new tire shop from now on.
I would recommend them to anyone that needs any minor tire repair!!! They have new and used tires and seems they’ll work with u on price so have cash on u in case…
Incompetent and rude!!!!!! I took my car here and told them the PSI for one of my tires kept dropping every time I put air in in. They told me nothing was wrong. After some persistence, they changed the valve. When I went home they forgot to rebalance my tire so I had to take it back!!! My PSI started dropping again and they once again told me nothing was wrong! I brought my car somewhere else to find out that my rim was bent and cracked!!!!! They were so rude and would not offer me a refund even though the did not find the true problem. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
