When I say I HATE my nails, it’s an understatement. This is EXACTLY why I stick to nail techs. I wanted to go to a nail tech but i know u have to schedule an appointment and I didn’t have time, I just wanted my nails done right away. I read the reviews online before going and saw a lot of negative things but I still decided to give them a shot.. Then I showed him the inspo pic of what I wanted on my nails and he said it would be $60. I thought that was a great price because most salons charged $80+. I now realize why they charged $60. Because their quality is horrible. I Asked for two hearts he gave me dots The French tip was sloppy and slanted. Also smudged because they didn’t dry all the way and he (the owner) didn’t fix it. My nails are also different shapes.. I asked for tapered square and most of them are regular square. Please do not come here and just stick to the nail techs. Some nail techs do charge more but at least you’ll be satisfied .
Excellent if on blood thinners! I have been going here for about 5 years now. They do my nails exactly how I need them for protection doing house work and when going out (I have paper thin finger nails and talons for toe nails ????????♀️????). I used to get my face waxed too but am on Drs orders to wait. They are like a Ninja on the hair, always done perfect. Yes, I know my nails are flashy this time but... I just got outta the hospital and am celebrating life. ????️ They were so careful, always are but "extra" knowing I'm on, blood thinners now. They have clean equipment and wear masks; even have plexiglass at each station. All the colors. I usually get solid black with sparkly burgundy tips. Hardly ever loose a nail and I use them to open boxes and as tools everyday. Lol. They also do your nails up to the cuticle so you don't need another pedicure a week later. I've tried other places from here to Daytona. I'll take them over any of the high priced places any day of the week and twice on Sunday. ????

TERRIBLE MANICURE!
The man, who makes appointments, and is the owner; sits at first front desk, did an awful job with gel polish on my fingernails! I pointed out the gloppy unevenness on a thumb nail and he insisted he couldn't see anything wrong. When I insisted he smooth it down, he just put more polish on it. When I got outside and could see how bad ALL my nails look, I went back and he made an appointment for me to come the next day. When i went in he just lightly dremeled my nails and painted them. The tips are still ruggedly finished, despite my pointing it out, and his insistent remark that "I know my business!"
The paint over my cuticles is another example of sloppy work.
Place definitely needs some upgrades. The staff was very nice. However, the owner did not listen to my concerns about my nails.. a few days later, my nails already started peeling off like I feared. Towels smelled moldy.
The man who works there did an awesome job!
I walked in on a Friday, no appointment, was seen quickly, and did them exactly how I wanted!

Good price, other places were charging absurd $70 or more for the same service.

They took care of my mother sheryl KUBACK for over 20 years and will be taking care of me and my fiancé for anthor 20 years as well thank you guys !!!! Vivian is the owner with her husband Tom in the Old Kings Road location.
I was in between appointments and my nails were chipping, so I walked in, and asked Vivian if I could get the gel removed off my hands.
She abruptly and rudely asked “just removal? You don’t want a manicure or another service?”
And I told her I was in a rush and will have to come back another time, and that I just needed my gel removed for right now.
She almost seemed offended.
Rudely told me to sit down and that it’s going to cost me $10 only cash.
I mentioned to her that I wasn’t carrying cash on me and didn’t realize they don’t take credit cards for a $10 transaction.
She said did not even reply to me.
I asked her if she could help me out this once, and that it was my not first time there.
I got a simple NO.
I walked out and told her well thank you for your business but you won’t be seeing me anymore.
I WAS SHOCKED AND THROWN OFF by the treatment I got. And the only thing I did was walk in to give her business.
Charge me a transaction fee, come up with a solution, and say it with a smile.
So many nail salons in Palm coast, she obviously doesn’t value the business given to her.
Obviously she didn’t remember me, but just shows how her “kindness” with clients does not come from a genuine place. Because if you catch her on a bad day, watch out.
