I’ve gone to get my hair done for around 5 years now, and because of previous experiences I trusted the stylist to get the desired hair color. They were unprofessional. To preface, I wanted pastel pink and pastel green. While they were bleaching my hair they notify me they weren’t able to obtain the desired green color. They tested it on a hair test strip first and stated they could get the green lighter than the tester and so I agreed. At the end, the green ended up more of a teal. I wish this was all. Before my first hair wash there were already oranges and blues in my hair, the color wasn’t uniform (first and second pictures). Before my second hair wash (third pic), the pink was now tones of yellow and orange. I wash my hair once a week and had bought shampoo and conditioner for colored hair, so contacted the stylist for a partial refund 3 weeks after my hair appointment. It wasn’t until this moment that they notify me they used fantasy hair coloring and forgot to tell me. Because they did bleach my hair, I recently went to another salon and they professionally told me before starting the process that I would require a 2 bleaching sessions to obtain the desired pastels, the first was needed to remove what was then deep greens and blues. If the first stylist had told me about this, I would have already been at the second step and obtained the desired colors.
Hairstylists are great and bilingual which makes it easy to communicate. Conversations are always fluent and engaging. You are always taken care of here and they are good with styling both male and female hair. You'll leave with a smile on your face and a nice hair cut????
