Out of town and needed a place. I ❤️ this place and plan to come back often while in town. I have nothing but respect for this establishment. So glad I did not go off the negative reviews. I will share with those I meet while here in Davenport. If you need someone to take great care of your hair this is the place. I rather get my hair done by Violet then my hairdresser back home. She takes pride in her work and it shows. Healthy! Clean and beautiful hair is what I get in return.

I went in to get my hair cut and colored today. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do with my hair, but Brenda made sure she took care of me. The results were AMAZING! I’m definitely going back for all my hair needs.
I have had the pleasure to enjoy coming to Violets World to get my hair nails feet eyebrows etc. done for the past 10 years. It’s such a family friendly loving Christian environment. I have even brought my hubby sons daughters and grandchildren to get pampered over the years. The prices are very affordable and Brenda and Violet do a wonderful job at letting you know what you need to maintain healthy hair. They always do a great job! Everyone always asks me “who does your hair it always looks so nice.” I’m so thankful we have Violets World in my community! I consider them family! #satisfiedcustomer ❤️????
Violet's is spectacular! My hair looks gorgeous now, and I am equally pleased with my 3D eyelash extensions! The stylist that took care of me could not have done a better job and was extremely personable! The prices at this Salon are reasonable, and the quality of work is second to none! I will be recommending Violet's to EVERYONE I know!
This salon ,is not a salon is a day care .the experience is off the charts.very bad
Came in to do my hair the owner violet is very rude to customers .when coming in to get attended.the salon is not clean at all .the lady take for eva and have you wait 6 hrs to complete a simple hair cut .she is to bz stoping to attend and feed her grand children while in the middle of a cut or doing someone hair,the faces in ladies waiting for get in and out is priceless.she will have you sit there for hrs losing the whole day .if you have things to do and your coming to violets world salon .expect to make arrangements because you will be so ready to go home after you leave this shop.
Ridicules 6 hrs wait to finish what she has stated leaves you with half a cut .to then wait till she is ready to finish you off.then with charge you alot .for lost time .its not a salon is a day care with toys everywhere.
