I ordered a cab at 2:00am and the driver showed up at 2:10am. Although I had to cancel the ride, I still was greatly appreciative that he was available at that time of the morning. I definitely will rely on Vinson Cabs for any future trips. ????
If I can give them 0 stars I would but this makes no since I called a cab for work an hour ago and they still not here I'm late for work now got to do better
Just called theses ppl what a rip off 200 Dollars just to go 45 mins to an hour from opelousas to sugertown very rude customer service they didn't even know where derider la was ???????? I give this place a ZERO STAR
My son was in jail in parish, he live in Houston anyway we called a Uber somebody came and picked him up and dropped him off at the wrong location well Ms Sandra went and picked him up and dropped him off at the location we thought he was supposed to be at well that was the wrong location I had to call a Uber to get him to the actual location. But if it had not been for Ms Sandra willing to help my son would have been stranded I wanna say thank you for all your help ❤️

Yes please let me leave this review I called for a cab got in the cab and took a while because he picked up a few people before dropping off so it was full. Second thing I dropped my paycheck by the time the cab pulled out my apartment I realized it called they made me pay another cab fee 9.50 for the cab to turn around 3 blocks... I wish I could give negative stars also they have 2 different cab companies name on a card but same people run them. They should be ashamed. Also I asked tye driver why he wasn't bringing me straight home. He said it's like 3 extra dollars on top of expensive cab far as well
My truck broke down needing a new or rebuilt transmission. I had to get back and forth to work. I called Vinson cabs. Brian picked me up and took me home the first time I called. During our conversation I told him that I was new to the area and that my truck broke down. He asked me where I took it to get fixed. I told him Thibodeaux Auto Repair in Opelousas. You could hear the relief in Brian's voice. Then he told me about one of his cars that they rebuilt the transmission on saying it's been over 60,000 miles and still no problem with it. Brian was very informative and also recommended Sterling to buy a new/used car.
I need a client to be picked up early from Eunice for an appointment in Opelousas. Ms Sandra was nice and helpful on the phone the day before and I was relieved that my client would have a reliable ride that wasn’t myself.
The dr’s office is about 30 mins away from my client’s house. Ms Sandra said that she would arrive 45 mins before the appointment to make sure my would be on time.
Ms Sandra didn’t arrive at my clients house until 10 mins before the appointment and still had to drive another 30 mins to get to the dr’s office.
When my client got into the car, Ms Sandra was rude to her. She sped the whole way, didn’t wear a seatbelt, and took calls the whole time. My client, who’s pregnant, didn’t feel safe at all. There was also another passenger in the front seat with her.
Ms Sandra got my client to her appointment 12 mins late and the dr wouldn’t see her. She ended up having to reschedule.
I’d give this business a zero if I could. Absolutely recommend against using this taxi service.
